I agree blandy, this is now just an ill old man who is clinging onto the only thing he cares about but is now realising he hs to let it go. The analogy is similar to a parent that clings onto a child even though they have grown up and are ready to move on. The child that is now an adult, is held back because of the selfishness of the parent.

I am not holding my breath though. But every sign is poiting to a takeover. As an example, at the Everton game I was talking to a chap who is responsible for running the giant video screen and sound system and he is very worried about h contract, according to him, he is 90% sure it will go ahead which means he may lose his contract.

What i want to know is what Ellis will do with all that money? He is in his eighties, has had heart surgery. If he was my age, i would understand him blowing it on hookers, drugs and lavish holidays. But at his age, it will take at least 15 kg of Viagra.
