It's bizarre.
I've had 2 dealings with them where they made a mistake. Both involved emails over months, with sometimes weeks between replies from them.
First was an NBA Jersey where they sent me the wrong one. They eventually figured out that they couldn't supply the one I had originally ordered, so just refunded me and let me keep the one I received for free.
Then an NFL jersey which hadn't arrived after 10 weeks, no tracking. I emailed them and again, after several weeks of emails they eventually agreed to send me another one. The next day the first one arrived, so I emailed them back immediately telling them to cancel the replacement. They never replied to that email and about 2 months later another identical jersey arrived.
In fairness to them, both mistakes eventually worked out in my favour but it took forever for them to organise themselves.
Yeah it is bizarre and honestly disappointing for Villa to be associated with them. My gf is going through a similar issue with a hoodie she got from fanatics via Villas site. It's been 4 months and she hasn't heard from anyone at Villas shop and the fanatics person she spoke with hasn't replied since March and she has yet to get a refund.
Hopefully it just miraculously works out like your situation though, lol.

He's only a battering ram if he's employed as one. He's actually quite mobile and has a deceptively good touch.
Looks like the next Lukaku.

Luke didn’t supply the kits, Fanatics did. He didn’t even design them he just put his name to the shirts.
There were also massive supply issues. You couldn’t get a home shirt in normal size much after November. Fanatics also manufacture the Kappa kits btw.Speaking of Fanatics why is their customer support non-existent and their returns process an absolutely miserable experience?

That's fair. Tbh I already loved the guy albeit accepted he has his limitations but some of the stick he's taken this season has been so pathetic it somehow made me warm to him even more. More than proved his worth as the season has gone on.

Azpiculeta hit him in the face with his cast. So couldn't care less about his reaction.
Kovacic got away with one too when he raked McGinn, then had a foul on Traore on the right touchline. Those two alone were definite bookings.
So azpiculeta getting red for a slap karma.
Jack could walk through the game and be effective. Special.
This ^
That was a proper whack to the face with a cast. Azpilicueta clearly put some force behind it so there was absolutely nothing wrong with the reaction he had.
Kovacic should've been sent off too.

Doesn't matter how good your injury record is if you break a leg or do your ACL. Anything can happen in football. I'd be surprised if we don't have ideas of strikers to go for.
Wesley had a pretty solid injury history until Ben Mee happened.

Houssem Aouar would be nice. Basically a younger, better Sanson. Expensive and every big club wants him though.

He’s frustrating to watch. When he makes a tackle or concedes a corners he seems to realise the cameras will be on him so does a smouldering gum chew pose, or a casual badass strut away.
How about organising the defence, telling people to stay sharp, pick up players to mark etc?
I’m almost waiting for him to pull some shades out of his sock.
He does that, constantly. You posted about 10 times today about his appearance on the field. At least be objective with your criticism. Call out his lackadaisical dribbling or his casual drifting back into defense. Hell, get annoyed that deflections off him often seem to head towards the goal instead of away from it. Not this petulant nonsense of "he looks too cool" on the field.

You could also argue that because he was being held it kept him closer to being on-side. Who’s to say he wouldn’t have been clearly off if he was free to run? -
So does anyone else feel that Martinez should’ve punched that first corner away? Or am I in the minority?

Sloppy defending cost us.
4 defeats out of 5.
Sloppy defending made it harder but missing the Watkins PK and Trez missing is what cost us.

Mings gets a 10 for strutting around like a G
only manages a 6 for actually defending though
Still a better score than the rest of our defenders.

Should’ve won that 3-2. Need to take Watkins off the PK spot and VAR is killing the sport.

Nope they redefined it in the summer to the short sleeve shirt length
**** off kappa and your stupid sleeves
Well if that’s the case then fvck that. There is ZERO evidence of a clear and obvious offsides there. -

How have we got 0 pts in the last two games.

You can’t score with your arm
Is that the rule? I thought it was “If any part of the body” is offsides? -
His entire arm is offside. It ain’t that close.

Lol that’s gonna be waved off.

Whatever about the timing of the subs, the fact that they still had trackies on and hadn't warmed up yet is **** baffling to me.
They just means they get to warm up during the game. Woo, Hoo... -
Is VAR about to wave this one off too???

In his one season in the PL he was 4th in chances created (Would've been higher than Grealish if they had equivalent minutes), 4th in take ons (Which was better than Grealish) and he had more assists than Grealish in that season (7 to 6).
What are you on about?
