Nice to see Marv get a good reception today, and good to see him applaud the Villa fans when he was subbed in the second half. Top bloke.

Well that that’s the shortest third kit hoodoo we’ve had for a few years

I always find it odd when we pick on fans based on the way they look. I get we hate blues and all that, but fair play to them for spending money going to watch their local team on a Tuesday night, even if it is Blues.
I get that there are no rocket scientists in that picture, but just feels low always digging out people on appearance.Dunno, maybe I've just grown out of it all.
Surely though you can’t argue with the fact that they look several rungs below most of the rest of humanity on the evolutionary scale?
As in more Australopithecus or Cro-Magnon man than your modern-day Homo Sapiens?

And to think that Leeds fans were once raging because Watkins got picked for England ahead of him

You need to ask yourself what kond of mental mind state he will be in while no verdict given. Im not sure if he can rely on him until he is cleared or proven guilty.
I would imagine traore might start gettin more game time now

Who or what is Bebe Rexha? Sounds like a random collection of Scrabble tiles.

Brilliant news. Ollie’s new contract is yet another huge statement of intent from a club that’s on the up. We’ve tied so many key players down to new long term contracts - a real shift from being resigned to the fact that your top players will move on when one of the Sky 6 come sniffing.
From the top down, the club is in the best shape it’s been for years. Good times.

I must admit I've been guilty of overlooking his ability in the past. Every time I have doubted him he's crammed it down my throat, and I'm so glad he has. He's Villa.

Absolutely.
Have no idea why people watch MOTD. Think Des Lynam was presenting last time I consciously tuned in.
3 min highlights are available on Youtube within 30 mins of the game ending.
It’s invaluable for me.
It’s my excuse to stay up late on a Saturday night and carry on drinking and knock one out when the wife’s gone to bed.

Kesler-Hayden.... any other responses are just wrong.
Possibly the best 45 minutes I've seen from an Argyle player in the last 10 years. What a future that lad has!

KKH will comfortably have a career in the Premier League.
***
during that first half I had visions that KHH would be recalled in January. He is definitely is going to play in the Premier League. He was simply a league above everyone on the pitch until CP made their first subs.
***
KKH. Going all the way to the top.
***
KKH showed his class against higher level opposition, lucky to have him currently, good signing Schuey et al.
***
KKH wouldn’t be far off starting for Palace.
Exceptional player. Could see him being recalled.
***
KKH absolutely outstanding not for the first time either. Every game he, s a class above~pasoti~

Film adaptation starring Matt Damon as Clement Lenglet and Kevin Bacon as Lucas Digne
Gross takings might even exceed Digne’s weekly wage

I'm trying to think of an adjective to describe his passing. It's so good it's like when a solid turns directly into a gas. It's really that good. What would be a good choice of word to describe passing like that?
A lot to unravel here. At first I thought he’d died. The second sentence describes when you’re on the bog expecting to take a dump and all you can manage is an enormous fart instead.
Is ‘sublime’ the word you’re looking for?
verb-
1.CHEMISTRY(of a solid substance) change directly into vapourwhen heated, typically forming a solid deposit again on cooling.

He’s looked accomplished and assured in the last 2 games. But he was getting pelters from some on here after a rare mistake and an off-day for the team all round against Newcastle, with comments that he goes to pieces without Mings alongside him.
There will be much tougher tests to come than Everton and Burnley, but he’s a quality defender in his own right, and Emery clearly sees that.

It's the suicide squad, they're absolute nutters.
Shouldn’t they be throwing themselves in front of the coach rather than throwing bricks at it?

Lovely to see that result - they thought they were world beaters after our game. They are not.
It’s never lovely to see a result where the bin dippers win, full stop.

Think he had a pop at them first
Had a browse of their forum. A lot of them saying he’s not been great for some time now, including the last few months of last season. I was surprised - thought the sun shone out of Bruno’s arse as far as they were concerned.

Him and Alvin Stardust were a lethal strike partnership.

Not enough differentiation between the three kits this year. The third in particular should be something completely different - not yet more light(ish) blue.
I know they can wear claret shorts and socks to get round things, but as things stand, the full home, away and third kits would all clash with the Man City home kit to some extent.

I’m not sure why people are posting as if these are his first 2 decent games for us. They’re really not, he’s had plenty of decent games.
If Emery wants a different type of fullback to fit with his preferred style of play so be it, but Digne is decent and his delivery of crosses is excellent.

Agreed. Absolutely no need to sign this Muttley from the Wacky Races character from Seville.
