    I’f you’re SG what do you do at HT? Go defensively tighter or change up the offensive side of things? If he gets something here, I think he’ll have this dressing room v much bought into his vision. We might look back on this as a v big half of football.

    Can’t comment on much work on the ball as we’ve had so little possession. The gameplan is clearly to be tight off the ball and see what we can do later. Maybe nick one. It’s a naive approach imo. They’ll break us down eventually.

    I understand why one might opt for a narrow formation against these - although SG goes for it more often than not - but I wonder if we’re missing a trick. I mean we’re getting no joy centrally, Coutinho and Emi collapsing into the midfield isn’t helping anything.
