I’m very on board with signing all these supposed top youngsters. yes it costs millions more to run the academy but what’s the point in even having an academy if you don’t produce players of a high quality to play for you. a few diamonds pay for it for many years as well.

If I am going to spend over 30 million on him I could also get Buendia, Sarr, Rashica for the same or less. 15-20m gets you Eze who is a few years younger too

I disagree, I get the winning etc but this is a small crappy club we are talking about making big amounts off players so much so they could pay for their new stadium out right securing their future. they can try and win things in the future what they are doing is securing a base for themselves to push on and not be in the premier league like Bournemouth with some tin pot ground build on unstable foundations.

It makes sense if Watkins is 18m and they want something like 40 for Benrahma. at this price Benrahama isn’t the player we should go for Sarr is far superior.
