Anyway here's mine. 1 Guzan 2 Beye 4 Collins 5 Cuellar 3 L.Young 7 Albrighton 6 Delph 8 Sidwell 11 A.Young 9 Carew 10 Delfouneso I did remember that Davies and Bouma are still Aston Villa players, i don't think they'll be in the starting line-up though. But we could see Bouma make a return from the bench. Hopefully MON doesn't play a full strength team. It's one we can take a risk on, home tie against a championship side. If we haven't got the confidence in these players now, then what's the point in having them in the squad. Playing a full-strength side tomorrow would also be a risk. We can't afford to get any key players injured or suspended for the final (that's if can?), we already seen Agbonlahor take a knock on Sunday and apparently Petrov is a doubt for the replay aswell. Best to keep them fresh.

I agree. Carew clearly played much better than Heskey did. It's same people every week having a go at Carew and then saying how wonderful Heskey is.

I thought they would line-line something like this (before i'd even looked at any of the other posts)... Looks like Petrov and Gabby won't be in the starting line-up and O'Niell said he will probably make two other changes. So that's Carew, Sidwell, Guzan, Delfouneso and err doesn't add up, because i wrote Beye aswell. Any news on Albrighton's injury, it was just a knock wasn't it? But he hasn't been on the bench since.

That'll be Albrighton starting then. Yep Albrighton My money is still on Lowry, playing at left-back and Warnock rested. You heard it from me first! Though Clark and Lichaj are also likely. If it's true about Beye and the bid has been accepted, doubt we'll see him in the starting line-up.

Does anyone know what time kick-off will be for the match against Birmingham at Villa Park?

Im going to this one. £10 a ticket is too good to turn down. I've also got a feeling Lowry will be played at left-back, giving Warnock a rest. Not sure about Carew and Luke Young either.

What a waste of a chance at the end by Agbonlahor. His first touch is awful. I don't know why the first person singles out Young and calls him 'woeful', he was one of our best players today. At least we had a pretty good game defensively, but we just didn't creative enough chances other than swinging crosses in.

2 weeks ago i wanted us to play Man City in the Final. Now im not so sure, they've been playing much better since they told Mark Hughes he was sacked. Man Utd have been playing like Liverpool just lately, not very consistant at all. I also doubt Fergie will play with such a young side against us. He has too much respect for Villa and with it being the Final and all. But you never know. I really can't decide. As long as we make it to Wembley, i don't care which one makes the Final.

Is anyone watching this online? I asked in the Live Coverage thread about a stream but didn't get a reply.

I was saying how shit they were just before the goal went in. Looks like a mid-table finish this year, 7th at best.

What a good match. Shame we couldn't finish it off in the second half, but everyone worked hard and put in a good performance. Fantastic for Richard Dunne, what a way to score his first Villa goal. It's also pleasing to see that our defence looks more solid than theirs does, though Wayne Bridge was bloody good tonight. If Dunne would have scored his second header, it would have been amazing. Milner popped up in all positions and caused them problems, creatively he's deffinatly our key player.

I was going to pick Captain Caveman, but since he isn't on the list, i was forced to pick Luke Young. Why? Favouritism and i think he would make a better leader than most, he's likely to start every game and he's one our best players. Though i think Carew would make a good captain aswell.
