I always like the banter that Mohammed Ali sent out about Joe Frazier. But most importantly, he said if there’s anyone you wanted down in a trench with you, it would be Joe Frazier.

I don't think Joe was reciprocal with the compliment. He really took the rivalry personal. I don't think he ever forgave Ali for the "Uncle Tom" jibes. Even though Ali kind of regretted, later in life, a lot of those comments.

Every time I think of that first fight, I picture that coat worn by Frank Lucas.😉😉

  2. Of all the annoying adjectives that get thrown around, I think "Bellend" might just be the worse. Terrible from the mouth of a female. I'm suddenly getting flashbacks of my Cell - mate watching Jeremy Kyle with unabashed excitement.

Looks in good nick, 262 pounds

Compulsory shove at the weigh in

He was always going to be focused for this. Let's give him some credit. He has always stepped  - up when needed. This is what he loves, centre of attention. I hope he wins and then plays with AJ, after that, he retires "unbeaten." Who was the last Heavyweight to do that?

I remember Holmes getting robbed against Spinks, after his remark about Marciarno's "Jock - strap". Poor old Larry, that  "Jab" was a thing of beauty. His chin wasn't bad either.

    Fury should win this comfortably.

It will take a special performance to beat Usyk "comfortably".

I think the Fury game plan will be to knock Usyk out. The kind of front  - foot boxing that bamboozled Wilder. Expect some big body - shots from Fury. That is definitely where Usyk is fragile, as we seen against Dubois, even if it was low, it wasn't in the Niagras. Let's get that right!!

I wonder too if the weight loss will work against Fury, he should be quicker but he’ll be easier to knock down in theory.

I wouldn't worry about him getting knocked down, he has a canny way of getting back up.

Imagine he gets a few goals at the weekend, securing golden boot. As top scorer and top assister in the league, there's no way he doesn't get player of the season, right?

    The key word being "Imagine".

He might get two at most, and that's a stretch, imo.

Interestingly, 15% of all bets placed so far are on a draw

Never had you has a conspiracy theorist.😉

I've said all along, I dont see it being a great fight. It's going to be interesting but the bigger man wins, for me.

It's strange hearing sky commentators so excited at the prospect of city winning a record 4th title in a row almost like it's this incredibly brilliant thing that we should all be so happy about

I know. I really hope they put an "Asterisk" by every title win. I despise them, and the sad thing is, back in the day, they had a romance about them.

    That's greed for you!

I admit, I was hoping for a draw.

City were there for the taking tonight. Spurs disrupted their play very well, especially in the first half.

One cringeworthy bit of defending was punished, one shocking miss from Son let City off the hook.

But hey, Villa is going to the CL, and we can always hope for West Ham to pull off a miracle on Sunday.

I was hoping for the draw. Hate the thought of them bastards winning it again. Like I said earlier, them Spurs fans are terrible and got their just desserts.

Personally, I just don't see it.  Not sure what anyone else thinks, though.

I posted the comment that I dont think he will be our go to right - back next season. Everyone jumping up and down about qualification, but it won't mean Tom - Tit if we haven't got the players to adapt to such a tournament. And, tbh, Cash ain't the best.
