Excellent today. Brave, commanding and assured. I'm not so concerned after that performance because it showed me that he is capable of producing the goods when it matters.
Gutted about the penalty. That save deserved better.

If someone asked me to describe Stranger Things, I would say, "Like ET, but without the Alien".

Hate to say it but I can't see us getting many points against Liverpool or Crystal Palace so we might need to rely on the likes of City to confirm fourth.
Really could have done with at least a point today.
Spilt milk. It's ours. The goal difference alone will be enough, trust me.

You know the likely scenario, Spurs beat Cheatha and then loose to Shff Utd.

Should have won today and it would have all been sorted. But we just have to play like the Blind School against a team who couldn't buy a win for the previous six wees.
"Visually Challenged," I think.

Just a bit annoying we couldn't have hung on for a point today, to extend the gap. But we got some luck last v Chelsea I suppose.
We didn't deserve a point, tbf. Just wasn't at the races.

How long is it going to take before this inferiority complex nonsense stops? Who gives a Tom - Tit what others think? I know what we're about and where we stand in the History books of football. That, for me, is satisfying enough!!!

He clearly clips his left leg, no chance he can carry on running. Also, you wouldn’t complain if the sides were reversed.
Of course he wouldn't, but they're not reversed.

Ir really is one of life's wonders, that some people are only satisfied when they have something to complain about.

Yeah, Rogers injured now as well.
It's only going to get harder from here.
"From Here." There's only 3 games left.

That is a poor cliche.

Confident going into this game. Brighton are a shambles atm. Win this convincingly, then the same for the "Bubble and Squeaks" on Thursday.

I would much rather have them in the Premier League so we could have the joy of two games against our local rivals every season.
I actually miss the tense atmosphere of those fixtures.

Larry David working his magic on me again. In the episode about the Kamikaze Pilot who grazes the ship, "That sounds like to me, ' I might head home. This is feckin insane!'" And he actually does the action of the plane with his hand. Absolutely hilarious.

I think if we beat Brighton and Tottenham lose to Liverpool, which is likely, 4th place will be wrapped up. So I would then expect Emery to tell the team to give everything they have got in the second leg and just go for it.
It would certainly help being able to go into that game with out any distractions.

Started The Asunta Case on Netflix. It certainly has an unsettling feel to it.

Spurs look more exhausted than us.
Brighton are in freefall with a disgruntled manager.
I think we will get there before the curtain comes down.

I agree, it's not just him.
then maybe our expectations, should mirror that.
We have already superseded my predicted finish of 6th.....and secured European football, which is magnifique.
I thought Lenglet could have done more when he conceded the corner which led to the penalty. If he had reacted quicker, he could have cleared his lines or, even put it out for a throw - in. You have to sense danger sometimes, and then, snuff it out before it becomes a bigger problem than if should have.

It's just the Conference
Love to win it but it's isn't the end of the world
No it's not. It's still there to be won though. We rarely make it easy for ourselves.

So silly of our players to get caught up in the shithousery around the Luiz penalty. Without that unnecessary delay, Luiz probably converts that. This is where we lack that experience and game management.
Still, let's believe. We're supporters after all. Time to get behind this team, not castigate them. Let's be real, with all the adversity, injuries, deflections and decisions not going our way, we have done rather well this season.
