Tuanzebe looks a bit of a liability tbh
I was thinking that. Every time I see him play for united he looks great.
-
if Hourihane plays any deeper he might as well be goalie

I have and he was largely underwhelming tbh. He needs time in a new league and to get back to full fitness sure, but I’m erring on the side of him being average rather that transforming our team.
what I saw was average too. If he comes back and plays at the same level then he won't be a starter.

The 6 players who played in midfield last night:
Tielemans
Maddison
Ndidi
Rice
Soucek
BenrahmaNot one of our midfielders would start ahead of those.
Anyone saying that what we have gets us anywhere near a top 8 finish is off their tits.
We need 2 new players in there. Or 1 and we settle for somewhere around 11th.
Just depends how patient the board are for success.
It's a good point. we need strengthening.

What are the odds on him for playing dead and getting a red card in the same game??
Just kidding, I hope Wes gets his form back, he looked great in his last game against Burnley

wow nice two players from their squad. Id like to make it three. Surely they have a good def mid we can buy. They normally are strong in that position.

Martinez
Cash - Konsa - Mings
Watkins - Luiz - Ramsey - Bailey
Traore - Ings - Buendia
I like it. The defence isn't good enough on the ball though. But id give it a try.

Yeh agreed. He’s superb for where he’s at now. I said it last season, but his ability with the ball at his feet and running at speed is what separates him from our other midfielders. He can move, at pace with the ball and carry us up the pitch. McGinn, Luiz and Nakamba can’t do that as well so it’s great to have that mix.
He’s also a ridiculous athlete. He’ll run all day which is what you need in the middle of the park.
As others have said, a goal will take him to the next level. He could very well be our best midfielder come the end of the season.
Our youngsters, for the first time in however long, are something to be very excited about. Between the two Ramsey’s, Carney and Kessler, we’ve got a lot to be excited about. And that’s not even mentioning some of the others who could very well smash it.
you are so right , very exciting. I forgot to mention his engine. fantastic

I was surprised by Wes, he looked good a real handful
-
I think some people expect too much. He isn't going to totally dominate a midfield in the premier league, just yet. But the potential is there to see. Strong , good balance, speed and technique. He will score goals too , im sure of it.

If you didn't catch a glimpse of what he's about yesterday I really feel for you. Watching football must be a drab affair.
I saw it. A very intelligent footballer both attacking and defending.

I guess it depends on who you play with.
