  1. Fantastic city!!! Waaaaay bigger than what I thought (ooo errr missus). Had a blast and the weather was fantastic!

Did a nice balance between tourist stuff and local places and just relaxing.

only negative was a sketchy incident that happened in our final night.

I gather it's all due to be fine, now. Well, it'll be absolutely lashing it down with rain, they say, but any snow is supposed to be just for them up north.

We got out no worries. Much ado about nothing. My liver however is wishing we’d have been snowed in!!

  3. Absolutely no way, either in the prem or where we are now, should bruce be here next season.

Id like to know what “the villa way” is that round and wyness have banded about. That to me is way more important than the next manager. This club needs a blueprint from top to bottom. So I’d like to know exactly what it is.

My mate who lives in Vegas. Came out of the bathroom in the airport and saw this blonde bird(not sure if her). He starts chatting her up and feels somebody over his shoulder. Turns around and it’s wor chuck. He says “with you?” And wor chuck says “Yes”. My mate starts laughing and says something witty and makes his excuses!!!

Atlanta just broke the MLS attendance record again today - over 70,000 - Thats pretty amazeballs for a team thats only just over 1 year old.

The marketing/social media/what they have done in ATL has rewrote the book for how to start an MLS franchise. They’ve hit bulls eye with almost everything they have done. Kudos to them. Wait till you see the youth players they bring thru....:o

Enzo started and played 90 mins vs the revs. They lost 2-1 with the last kick of the game and missed a pk. Smart!

  7. For me it s abut different living in the states. Flights for me was under $300. Hotel $100. So cant complain at that.

For me it’s the vibe. The buzz. Of course I don’t do it like I used too. But I can’t beat the whole attitude of the place. I love it. I have a wee gamble. A wee drink. Good food. Get to sleep in. Love the place!!

Yet you still want to own, and want anybody else to own enough military hardware (based on that reprehensible "look at my new weapon" thread) to take over a small country.

Forgive me for saying that your "but it's not supposed to be like this" comes across as a little trite.

Take a day off mate! Next you’ll be telling where and what I can post....

  9. Funnily enough I also coached the galaxy’s #1 draft pic! Not to the extent of Enzo by any means. But Tomas Hilliard-Arce was a heck of a player and kid and even at 16-18 had the intangibles you look for in a pro!

Is it a friend or a relative? Just intrigued.

My boss (soon to be ex-boss as he's just resigned!) is a former MLS player, played for Portland, Salt Lake and a few others I've forgotten.......his biggest claim to fame is getting a yellow card for a foul on Beckham :)

I coached him for 8 years as kid! was in his wedding, so now hes a friend. Your boss may know Enzo as he played at salt lake for a bit!

  11. He’s a player that makes the game look so effortless. He has it all in his locker.

    BUT

and this is the most impressive part, I’ve watched a lot of him this year, and he’s clearly a marked man. He gets kicked all over tha Park.

And all he does is to want and get on the ball again. THAT is the measure of a great player. He’s not intimidated. He just wants the ball again to hurt the other team.

Our jack is some player. And he’s only going to get better. Credit to him for righting the ship. How high is his ceiling? I wouldn’t like to put a mark on it and that’s the biggest compliment I can pay him.

  12. Bloody power went out at end of first half. So had to FaceTime my cousin who put his iPad in front of tv for second half. Things we do for football!!

The lads wanted that one. They should have finished with 9 men on th pitch. Brother in law is a nose and said 2-0 flattered us! That’s when I knew we were good value for our win!!
