  1. In terms of the season I think we could still go up because the are no good sides and nobody will run away with the league and I can’t see any team going on a Fulham like run. However I do think they required us to get rid of Bruce. He looks broken at the moment and he tactics if possible are getting worse than ever.

i didn’t watch much of last nights game because I’m finding it to difficult to watch and also I had a pretty good idea a draw would be what we played for but I just long for a manager that gets us on the front foot. What I did see looked like Abraham’s very isolated and Kodja playing as a winger when we have just loaned in two very good natural wingers. It doesn’t make sense to me but then not much Bruce does makes sense but if you loan in two wingers and don’t use them why not loan a good centre half in.

“Listen, wor lost 6 players, brought 6 in but they need time, they need time. We should have had a pen, we were the better team. We had our boots on, just didn’t fall for us today.

We have to roll our sleeves up and hopefully, hopefully we’ll ve better in the next game.”

He can’t be allowed to continue this is the final straw

I think he will go..his reaction Monday said it all...hope he stays and we can build a team with him in it.

Though...i wonder if he wants to go to spurs and is thinking it through. With alli Eriksson in front of him will he get many games.

The lure of champions league and new ground sounds appealing but if you look at spurs are they just the bridesmaid never the bride club.

Walker...left for more money more chance of winning things...rose the same...their wage structure may be their downfall as the likes of Kane Eriksson alli maybe be tempted by interest if they don't start winning things...if they do go...where will spurs be...cant buy success as they will be paying for the ground for next 10 years.

    Maybe he might stay????

I really don’t like spurs so my judgement might be clouded a bit but I think they have had there opportunity to win things and blew the championship to Leicester they won’t get that close again and this team they have will get dismantled over the next two years. I think the manager will leave at the end of this season and I think they will skip down to three rightful place of mid table with the Leicester’s and Everton’s of the world. Having said all that you can’t compare where they are with where we are my only hope is that if if jack does go (which I hope he doesn’t) then we put in big % sell on fee and buy back options.

  4. Am I right in thinking that the transfer window closes in about 3 weeks ? If so regardless of new money we are yet to sign anyone or for that matter get the rid of anyone of any significance. Not sure what that means in terms of squad development.

Do we have ZERO youth good enough to step up?

Seems like ages since we had a home grown defender good enough to be back up even at this level.

I mean there was Baker but, we know how that story went.

Suliman seems to have been a "top prospect" forever.

I don’t know about defenders in our youth ranks being good enough but I do think our current situation with corrupt owner etc at least by default forces us to stick in more youth players. I think some of those like green, Hepburn Murphy etc look exciting and we could have a young vibrant side with pace. Now I know that goes against everything Bruce has done so far so I’m not convinced it will happen but I’m desperate times cling on to hope. Imagine if we slip under the radar into a promotion charge. I admit it’s unlikley with the crook in charge and any players playering well up to January will be sold in the transfer window but it’s good to dream sometimes

Yep the owners from Hell - and Xia really isn't that far behind.

I would say by the time he is finished he will be out there on his own as the rightful recipient of worst owner of any club anywhere ever medal. But enough of bistowing honours onto this ball bag. I’m sure this has been answered many times so sorry about this but would administration result in the club being taken out if his hands ? He clearly won’t sell until I’m guessing Grealish and Chester are gone so my guess is sell them and anybody else plus and land or other assets pocket the cash then put us in administration and disappear.

  7. No facts here just personal feelings but I’m going to say it anyway. I hate this guy with a passion. I don’t care if he a fraud, a liar just unlucky or a shit businessman. All of that is irrelevant to me I just see him as an owner putting himself before the club and it’s best players and I want him gone ASAP.

These are also not facts I don’t think but if rumours are he is borrowing against parachute payments and cashing in future transfer income presumably for less money then we are being run as the football equivalent of the sort of person that constantly needs pay day loans. Very worrying

They were taken over by the Greek bloke who owned Panathinaikos, I guess he is ploughing some cash in after they have had a couple of quiet years transfer wise after an embargo. Taking a gamble on promotion like Wolves and we did.

So in terms of ffp is that how it has to work. Chuck money at it have a go and if you don’t go up take a couple of years off cut right back and wait for the books to balance then go again? I realise this is probably a question for the FFP thread and given we are struggling to survive at all its now not that relevant to us

  9. Forest have just spent £13 million on one player. No idea where they are getting the money from but looks like they are going to do similar to us and wolves and take a huge gamble to get promoted. Be interestIng to see which way it goes.

  10. I don’t know why but if Bruce stays on I feel more confident he will work better with no budget than when he was pissing money up the wall on Glenn whelan. No idea why no facts to base that on, just a feeling.

  11. I’m so angry with this guy, looking at the Wyness debarcle it just looks like one of his senior men tried to tell him we have a very serious problem and Tony didn’t like it so he suspended him. I could be wrong in that but that’s my reading of it.

now just to stay in charge he is willing to sell anyone and everything and asset strip us with the promise of looking for new investment which then makes our ownership situation even more murky making us harder to buy for someone who is actually interested.
