  1. According to Kieran McGuire the football finance expert big financial issues at Leeds due to the Jesse March reign. They apparently still owe other clubs £190 million in transfer fees and failure to get promoted will cause a huge crisis as they are still carrying a big wage bill on top of the money they owe. Even promotion might not solve the situation

Might be slightly controversial but i quiet like him, I see a lot of my own reactions to Villa in the way he is. Also very funny watching any Utd fan have a melt down after the previous 20 + years they had of success, welcome to the real world where not turning up every week expecting to win makes the wins you do get all the sweeter. It’s called being a real supporter not a plastic “I support Utd because they are the best”

  3. I’m sure he will be man of the match when they play us by caicdo is not a very good footballer yet some how cost more than twice our record signing along with his partner in crime enzo.

as for poch the guy is the most overrated  manager in the world. So glad he thought he was too good for us although I doubt we were after him. No game plan other than run around a lot straight out of the bielsa play book

I can't believe there are still Villa fans that would welcome Grealish back.

He's a word removed. End of.

I agree for sure proper helmet that we shouldn’t forget was desperate to leave the club numerous times before he eventually went. I would however like our fans to stop booing him and just ignore him. He is irrelevant to us now almost as if he never existed to Villa

Straight through the wall, that’s so shite

Zaniolo was poor and that free kick hits a decent wall and looks awful but to be fair at 1-1 in injury time dougie needs to be getting the ball gone not trying to flick the ball back over the city player losing it and having to give a dangerous free kick away and potentially could have got a second yellow

  6. The build up to the Newcastle Everton match had loads of talk about how good Calvert lewin is despite no goals in about 5 months and only 3 all season. Am I the only one that thinks he is actually a fraud of a striker? Like real dog shit. Lots of nearly getting on the end or just missing a cross because he is so poor he is never in the right position

Mainoo may well turn into a fantastic footballer, but how he's done enough to warrant an England first team place at this stage is utterly baffling (and I'll admit, I don't watch Man Utd games so maybe he's utter class all the time).

I’m incline to agree and I am 100% certain if it wasn’t a player at one of the sky 6 he would be feeling lucky to a call up to the 21’s but Southgate is so blinkered by those teams he can’t stop himself albeit I think the kid looks decent but as suggested very naive and green. However happier to see him in the squad than Levi collwell, he is literally in the squad based on who he plays for because he is a very very average player

Looks like Neto has been ruled out for the season

That is a big loss for wolves he is their best player. I really rate him and he is key to how they play getting them up the pitch

  9. I think they will end up with another deduction given forests but I imagine it would be no more than what forest got so they will probably still survive some how

Need changes ASAP. Playing right into There hands now, they’ll just sit back while we create  nothing, and pick us off on the counter.

I don’t see us creating much the way things are currently, we look idealess and lacking any drive or pace. Also not sure what Duran and Rodger’s offer at all

    Here is a thought.

Salary cap based on percentage of Broadcast and ticket revenue only.

Eliminates efforts having to deal with related party sponsorships, makes it easy to audit revenue figures, allows better ran clubs to actually make some money by having good commercial deals.

That might be fair the sky 6 won’t have that

Losing McGinn for 3 games isn't ideal. Someone will need to step up.

We can concentrate on conference league now

Fwiw I thought Tim Played very well when he came on and we are going to need him in the run in especially in the next 3-4 games. Mcginn stitched us up but like kamara did against Brentford with a very silly sending off. I did also actually think it was only a yellow card foul as ugly as it looked. The dramatics from spurs got that upgraded to a red

Getting pissed about missing Champions league is ridiculous. We are not ready and everyone will get even more pissed when we do a Newcastle . We are far better getting experience in this year’s competition, moving on to the Europa league next season and building the squad over another year or two. 5 years ago today we beat Blues1-0 our current position is fairly impressive despite todays result. If you believe the comments on here most of our players are utter shit ( they really aren’t) so how realistically are they going to compete in the champions league? We can’t buy a new team for next season this is largely our squad going forward. It’s been good enough to get us this far which is way  beyond what most people realistically expected back in August. Aim high yes but also have some patience.

It doesn’t work like that though because we can’t build due to ffp so we will have our better players picked off and it’s back to the drawing board

Good balanced line up with Sunday in mind. Both are very important games but he knows we get a trophy for winning this tournament.

Agree it looks a decent line up but some key players like mcginn and Bailey getting a rest too

then we will be going backwards

People said that after Jack went but looking at where we are now compared to when he left I would say we have edged forwards 😛

JJ more of a ball carrier at pace, Rogers more of a unit who can hold the ball up and bring ppl in etc imo.

He certainly is a unit he is 6ft 4 which really surprised me

Yes, if they aren't going to do anything with the North Stand at least in the short term they could remove some of the parking spaces and put up more pop up food and drinks facilities on match day, and move the parking to the new academy building,

I agree completely with moving that car park for something that generates money. I can’t think of many stadiums that have a car park right outside (maybe old Trafford) but not many.

should we not look at Liverpool and how they seem to have been able to rebuild 2 stands while keeping the existing stand partially open plus I would guess they have also improved revenue streams in the existing stands like the kop as well. The holte end as an example is pathetic when it comes to food and drinks service and quality

  18. Just read an article saying arsenal might be prepared to consider offers in the region of £50 million for Eddie nketiah 😂 am I missing something or does that valuation look about £40-50 million to high

Potter would be mad to turn them down. End of the day he’s an out of work manager and it’s one of the biggest clubs in the world.

For some reason I feel like it could be a good match although not to the levels of winning the league. Not even sure what success is to United fans these days. You would think a cup and champs league would be enough but clearly not 😂

I agree he would be mad if he was offered Utd. For a guy that spent most of his career managing in some Scandinavian league then does an average job at Swansea, moves to Brighton and did a very good job within there system and ends up lasting about 4 months at Chelsea it would be crazy that he would be in the running to manage Utd but hey what do I know.

fwiw he probably is a decent manager but his record is hardly Emery good is it
