Hi General - Hope your trips to Texas/Utah have been successful. I just wanted to ask you, with the sudden availability of Mr Edelman from Arsenal, will Randy and the board be reconsidering a direct replacement for Richard Fitzgerald? I am sure you are aware that Edelman was Managing Director of Arsenal, overseeing the new stadium project, the sale of the old stadium, and generally the most successful period commercially in Arsenal's history. I would have thought Villa would be the perfect 'new challenge', that he is seeking. Finders fee's are also welcome:) Thanks General

Hi General, First time question to you, on this site at any rate - I know we have commissioned a top stadium architect to review the medium/long term stadium plan - and I understand that work is ongoing, on this. Would it be possible to understand the brief he has been given as well as the parameters? (Not financilly of course) and time frames? Also how will this 'audit report' and recommendations be delivered, and at what point would we get an idea of plans? Thanks General for a fantastic 2 years at the Villa - As a supporter for over 35 years, I have seldom, if ever felt closer to my club than I do right now. Roger

Hi General - i know you wont see this until early next week, but I wonder if I can ask you a favour? Could you ask someone in a senior administrative role at Villa to clarify exactly what the situation is regarding UEFA qualification? there must be 1000 posts across the boards since yesterday and no-one seems to have a clue about the various scenarios (with Cardiff's wild card adding to the smoke and mirrors). It seems ridiculous that we are going into the last 4 games not knowing wehether 5th/6th or 7th is a minimum requirement. Somebody (chief secretary? must be in touch with the premier league and can clarify?) If we lose on Sunday please ignore this question:) Hope you had a good safe return trip!

Hi General - can you let us know what the timescales are for the stadium developmnent review? This guy who joined from Wembley, has been here for about 4 months now, just wanted to know when you would expect to be communicating plans..if there are any plans - I am guessing it will not be too long as we need 55k capacity for 2012 Olympics? You and the management team are all doing a fantastic job General - I hope to shake your hand and thank you personally at some point
