That’s embarrassing for them. Not sure how they didn’t pick up at least 1 win during our banter years. 

This seems like a terrible rule. If she goes to Man Utd we get no compensation, so a complete waste of time developing her.

Would also like to know. We normally arrive over an hour before kick off and we can never find a programme. There’s wasn’t even anyone in the programme booth yesterday when we went past.

It was Emery’s decision to sell Ings, so I’m sure he won’t complain about the bench today. 

I imagine that Emery will have a look at him for the next 2 weeks, then another loan will be sorted at the end of the window. 

Do we need a left back? We only signed Digne 12 months ago for £20m+. We can’t keep stockpiling players.

It was always a stupid move for his career. At best he’s going to be loaned out consistently. If it was a football decision then he would have stayed here imho. 

I do get the sense that Emery will actually give some of these youngsters a chance if they are good enough, which will hopefully stop another Carney situation (although it’s quite clear he didn’t go to Chelsea for first team football!).

He’s starting to show signs of what he can do now. Having said that I’d happily sell him for a decent profit and let Emery choose a replacement, if that’s what Emery wanted to do.

Huge appointment. He’s managed bigger clubs than us, so he won’t be phased in the slightest. Really excited by this. 

This is a massive coup by the club. We’re talking about one of Europe’s best managers. You don’t win 4 Europa League titles by fluke. Hopefully our long drought will be coming to an end soon.
