David Moyes - but I doubt he would leave Everton for us.
and then we'd be.....hmm, where are everton in the table? 7th? Isn't that what all of the worry is about?
Just look at how much he has spent compared to MON. Imagine what he could do with some decent cash! And not to mention, he got everton into the top 4 a few years ago.

Everyone has seen this coming except MON. He is too stubborn to manage at the very top IMO. I think it will be time for a change in the summer. I would love to see us get David Moyes, but can't really see him leaving Everton for us. Wonder if Celtic want MON back

Looks like we've given up in March again, General!! We seriously need to get a psychologist in!!! 7-1 is an absolute disgrace - no team spending the sort of money we have should ever lose 7-1!!
-
7 - what a disgrace.
-
Can't wait for MON to say we're still in their fighting for 4th after this!!!
-
Carbon copy of last season - not strengthening in January will cost us again, why didn't we learn from last season. Maybe just a knee-jerk reaction, but starting to think MON has taken us as far as he can.
-
It's difficult to compare because Laursen played in a much weaker back 4 than Dunne. We look a lot more solid now, but I think thats because Cuellar has improved hugely and we have strength in depth at the back now too. But I'm still going to give it to Dunne by a whisker.

We need a trophy - League Cup for me..
-
Poor performance all round today, but we haven't had too many of them this season. Let's just forget it and try and beat the Scouse - afterall, we are realistically going to be competing for 4th with Liverpool, not arsenal.
-
It would be an embarrassment if we only got 33k for Stoke. We've had some cracking results recently (hopefuly tonight too), it'a local derby and we're currently 4th. I know there is a recession, but we should be selling out most home games, but for some reason we're not - are attendances going to affect Randy's plans for Villa Park, General?
-
I think maybe 1 more win against the big four this season will be a great return. They are all gonna be out for revenge....
-
A few candidates, but for me Milner, he has been superb. The vultures will be coming to try and prise him away soon...
-
General,
Please pass on my thanks to Randy and everyone at Villa - I never thought I'd see us beat Man Utd at Old Trafford, but not only that, we beat Liverpool at Anfield and Chelsea at Villa Park ...what a season this is shaping up to be!!
-
I really can't believe it - it's like a dream. MON and everyone involved have made us Villains very proud!!
-
This will be tough - West Ham are due a win and are starting to turn the corner now...
-
Delph has 3 already!! I thought he'd only played twice
-
Milner for me, Young is too inconsistent - he's brilliant when he's on form but very average when he isn't.
-
Solid defensive performance which pleased me - I never felt like they were going to score, can't remember the last time I felt that watching the Villa. Great to get the goal near the end too. A sign of a good team, winning when not playing great, as they say.
-
Good window and now we have a good squad we will only need 1/2 players each summer instead of 5/6.

General Krulak here:
1. deaceydeaceyaggro: This is what makes for horse racing...for I could not disagree more. "Barry was head and shoulders the best player at our Club"...I do not agree with you. Simple as that. "Delph isn't fit to lace his boots." Again, a pretty strong statement. We have just discussed a player named Martin Laursen...I would be hard put to say that Barry was "head and shoulders" better than Laursen. I won't change your mind and you won't change mine...so let's just let it be. As an aside, Barry's heart obviously wasn't with our Club. We could not scratch his itch.
Which begs the question - why were we so keen to keep him at the club?
-
No, he is truly awful as a footballer, I honestly don't know what managers see in him.
-
I think that if the fans continue to boo throughout the next few months then MON will just walk away as he has before. It's not like he needs the money.
-
Totally agree with Pilchard - I'm seriously losing interest in football, General.

Brilliant reaction to last week. Couldn't really ask for anymore - and without our best player too!
