  1. yes, they've been patient enough and it's clear they are ready bar maybe Gardner They might be ready, certainly doesn't mean they are good enough. For example, is Clark better than Dunne, Collins, Cuellar, Davies? No. Albrighton, is he better than Downing and Young? No. These players bar Clark who i'd send out on loan unless we sell Davies, should be starting more games, Albrighton, Delph (inj) and Delfouneso but not regular starters just yet. Delfouneso and Delph i'd say are close though. Cuellar and Davies are not better than Ciaran Clark, they just have more experience, Clark is nearly 21, he isn't going to wait around forever, if the plan was to loan him out, it should have been done by now, same goes for Albrighton and Delfouneso. Albrighton is better than Downing based on last season's performance.

  3. it's a joke to be honest, MON doesn't seem to learn from past mistakes I would have thought that you of all people Sir gary would have been happy with the lack of signings and be hoping that some of our young players are to be given a real chance this season. We don't need to buy any more average Premiership players, we just need to shift the non playing bench warmers who are costing Randy a fortune each week. If we can attract a top quality player then I'm all for it, but if not then let's give the kids a chance. Don't get me wrong, I'd be over the moon if some of the kids were given, I'm convinced if given enough playing time, Delfouneso will score at least 10 goals. The squad is very threadbare at the minute though and with several players looking to leave, I don't think we're in a good situation. If I was manager, Delfouneso, Albrighton, Gardner, Delph and Clark would all be first teamers.
  4. £80k per week  I didn't know that but for me, Parker, Noble, Collison (not sure if he's back from injury) are all better than him
  5. You plank. Banker 1st goalscorer on the opening day if ever there was one that would quite a challenge from the bench
  6. it's a joke to be honest, MON doesn't seem to learn from past mistakes
  7. Overrated IMO, made to look good because Schweinsteiger was so outstanding beside him. I agree, not good enough for Madrid, certainly not better than Diarra
  8. if they get Ireland in exchange or as a replacement, they'll have a better and younger player
  9. he is a special player, great touch and technique, he scored a great goal at Goodison last season, he plays CM, be a great signing for Everton, 10x better than Gosling
  10. great signing- future England CM partnership imo Delph? Gary Gardner? hopefully 1 of them will be in a 3
  11. As you pointed out, Bent does it at Sunderland with the likes of Andy Reid supplying him and Higuain does it with Ronaldo and Kaka providing the ammunition. Yes, it does work like that because he is a natural goalscorer and would score goals in any team in world football
  12. He is an average striker, he is nowhere near as good as Bent, in terms of goalscoring or general play, stick Higuain in Sunderland's team and he would struggle to get 10 goals per season. So if you play Bent in Real in place of Higuain, he'd score more than 27 goals in 32 games? quite comfortably imo, I think a lot of strikers would considering they have Ronaldo and Kaka supplying them, Bent is a better finisher and all round player than Higuain, no question
  13. He is an average striker, he is nowhere near as good as Bent, in terms of goalscoring or general play, stick Higuain in Sunderland's team and he would struggle to get 10 goals per season.
  14. Benzema is technically better but the simple and unarguable fact of Higuain is that he knows where the goal is; and consistently puts the ball in it. This is true but it doesn't make him good enough for Real Madrid
  15. Higuain>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Benzema. Benzema is average and reminds me of HUntelaar. Good in a poor league but in top league fails. absolute rubbish, Benzema is far better, Higuain is a donkey with poor touch and technical ability
  16. You think he's too good for Wigan? Personally, I think he'd even struggle to get in there
  17. average at best I repeat... pull the other one. I'll give you that he's by no means spectacular, but he's solid. He's certainly good enough for someone a few rungs up the ladder than Blackpool for ****'s sake. An ambitious mid-table Prem side would suit. Wigan is his level
