Id never appeal if I were them...got off light and there would be a real danger it could be increased.
Yes they have got off lightly imo

I think they have accepted it and won't appeal. That's what I've been told anyway.

Lenglet is no threat in the air......bean pole, Nah.
You won't convince me, that height is not an important ingredient in certain positions......why are Goalies all 6'1 +.....most are 6'4
Very few centre backs in the prem are sub 6 ft
In certain positions I agree. cbs but if you are not tall you use your nouse. We have a problem with crosses no matter who we pick. Martinez even looking unsure now.

but we are relying on moments for points.....while we dominated possession in the second half, we played in front of them, only when Diaby got behind them, we scored.
It's very lazy possession, lacks assertion, aggression and urgency.
First half I agree but I think we showed urgency and aggression after making the subs. I think I'd be more unhappy being a west ham fan sitting back and defending the 1-0 and subbing Antonio for a defender

Question I have is whether he’s always been this way and the media didn’t show it or whether this is a relatively new thing.
I remember at one time he seemed to be an incredibly lighthearted and reasonable guy. Then there was a season (after they’d won the PL I think) where it was a tough time for the team but also him personally (think his father died or something?) and ever since we’ve seen these interviews where he comes across as a grade a tool come through with regularity.
By his own admission the relentless nature of the job has ground him down to the point he needs to quit. So question (for me) is do his personal issues + being mentally ground down explain these outbursts and he will look back in time and cringe or has he always been like this?
Great post. It was a really dumb question as well.

Good luck to him.but he's not our player any more so who cares. Different for me with the likes of Archer and Ramsey but he could have been a valuable member of our squad noe but chose not to.be so **** him.
-
You can get carried away by the odd good moment. He took his.goal well. Was in the right position and executed the finish very well. That hasn't always been the case. Earlier in the season he started games and was missing chance after chance. No problem with him starting against wolves. Let's see what he can do from the start.
-
He's an important member of the squad though and I thought was really good second half in a deeper position. Need to keep and build strength in depth if we are going.to.compete for trophies.

Great point…
Disappointed how we played in that first half though… if we played more/most of the match with the approach and style of that second half… we would have gotten the win.
Have a lot of sympathy for Unai… but he has managed the disruption and adversity really well for the most part…
So was I we were.a bit disjointed and I was a tad disappointed with Duran. And the defence was all over the place

They were at full.strength we were totally decimated by injuries with only two fit midfield players apart from a rookie one on the bench. Yet we still dominated the 2nd half and we had 70% possession. I think it was a great performance given the circumstances and we gained a point on Spurs.

Surprised he started really.

I thought he was brilliant when coming on and thst block saved a certain goal.

Second half I thought he ran the midfield. Much better in deeper role
-
Very important contribution.
-
He got it wrong but Duran proved why he's not ready to start games yet. He changed it up and we were far better second half.
-
Second half we dominated. The subs made a difference. Thank god for var. Horrible side west ham.
-
A very interesting lineup. Looks like we ate trying to match their physicality with Rogers and Duran starting. Probably going to be quite direct.

No, I think he is saying the rest of the team were dogshit, which is less contestable.
They weren't that bad. But yes Benteke in his first season looked like an elite striker but he never quite lived up to the expectations. Meanwhile Watkins just gets better and better.
-
Yes we are lacking midfield players but Diaby, Bailey, Watkins and if need be Duran offer a considerable threat. Its about application. Whoever comes in for Mcginn has to a Job and let Luis Do his.

Antonee Robinson is one of the most underrated players in the league, brilliant at both ends tonight.
If Fulham can sign a decent CF in the summer they'll be top half again next season.
I wish we could sign him. Brilliant player.

This shouid be a boost for us tomorrow

Brilliant Fulham

Yes I agree. They are creating chance galore but got nobody to finish them off. Team spirit seems good
