I love the passion shown in the clip above. He has the owners at his side and the belief that he can take us to somewhere special. Long may it continue.

Seems Lee Hendrie is happy.
"BOOM! Martinez is the main man. It's unbelievable. He's the best goalkeeper in the world. I can't believe Arsenal let him go. Villa into the semi-finals. Let's have it.
"They didn't play anywhere near their best but Emery is the manager of the year. They dug deep. Have you got any champagne here?"

You beautiful bastard! We got there! Methinks Emi knew full well what he was doing and the law of the game.

This club is destined to never win anything again.
Look back over the past 2-3 years. Looking at the progress and what we've done is bloody amazing.
I'll be disappointed if we go out tonight but the lion still roars. Don't give up hope.

Well it was coming. Now we need to throw the kitchen sink at it (Bailey helps) and see what happens.

This is going to be a long night I fear.

Well we have had worse results haven't we.
Superb performance. Put everyone in deep freeze and get ready for Thursday.

Holy shit. William is having a torrid time of it.
Regardless of your thoughts on the Royal family this is a family dealing with TWO lots of cancer at the same time. Just horrible and my thoughts go out to them.
I've seen that and it is depressing. When I was based in London for a bit, I put up my mate and his girlfriend in my flat so that he could get specialist care there as they couldn't afford to commute up or book hotels (I didn't tell the landlord). She saw him through it in Hammersmith whilst he was in overnight for near enough a month and I let her have the room whilst I slummed it on the sofa. They got back home to Cardiff after, only to find that she herself had been diagnosed with breast cancer. I went to see them after and it was so very sad. He obviously wasn't very well at all and she was trying to keep it together. He passed away soon after but she made a full recovery and is now doing well.

Hopefully your father beats it.
Thanks. The radiotherapy did it's job and it's now just a watch job (extremely slow growing, and given that he's 76...). Results from the last scan had the consultant tell my parents to think of it like a pea - only the shell remains and all of the mushy stuff inside is gone.

It is sad news, whoever it is. I have lost friends after literally watching them whither away. My Dad has cancer (under control we think and hope) and my Mum recovered from lung cancer. Bastard disease, my heart goes out to them - they might be Royals but they are still human beings and now William has both his wife and Dad fighting it. Terrible.

The ref has turned this game (and the return) into something dirty. It hasn't been it at all apart from being competitive at times. Pathetic refereeing.
Commentators "he's gone the referee I think".

Birmingham's council tax is forecast to rise by 21% over the next 2 years.
However Birmingham is still to host the European Athletics Championships.
Passing the cost of their general (pretty disastrous) failings onto the public that they are meant to protect is scandalous. The general public in one region should not have to bail out the completely inept **** who caused this mess to balance the books. They'll say "you have a choice! Vote them out!". Yeah, much good that will do.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the "coincidence" of this happening right before the National Security Conference in Munich. His poor wife speaking. Don't forget, he eventually evacuated to Germany to begin treatment following his previous Novichok poisoning.

It was coming and was deserved. Let's finish these gits off.
