He's going to get a few chances over the next few months to come on when we're chasing a goal, with Ollie and Diaby both on the pitch and the ball pinging around the box. 

He'll get chances and he'll put them away, I have no doubt.

But he's unlikely to be starting too many times leading the line in Prem games unless there's a bit of an injury crisis. And that's fine. That's how many young strikers earn their stripes.

I don't think Ollie is going to have any issues playing with Diaby whatsoever if Diaby keeps serving chances up on a platter for him like that cutback yesterday Ollie fluffed yesterday.

Yes it was a bit frustrating but to me Ollie looked like he was only going at about 80%.

That finish was almost a carbon copy of the one he scored past Martinez at training the other day, albeit on a bigger scale

Was always going to be feeding off scraps coming on when the likes of Buendia and McGinn were off the pitch and the game lost a wee bit of us fluency. We really need to see what he does in front of a full strength XI

No disrespect to the young guys who were fantastic but I think that game showed we are a little bit light for numbers in terms of senior players, compared to Newcastle who virtually had 2 senior elevens to choose from.

That said, I guess we still have Diaby, Donk, Bailey, Coutinho, Moreno and Ramsey to come back, so we can afford to move a couple more on if we are going to have a few more come in 

His versatility is very useful. Not brilliant at anything but can do a good job in a number of positions.

Could come in handy in a long season across multiple competitions.

Seen a few times from Kamara now where he goes down looking for a foul in dangerous areas and we get burned. Hopefully that's something he can weed out.

My first look at Kellyman - very interesting prospect and might be quite some player when he fills out a bit. Looked far better than £40m man Gordon today.

I would really like to see Archer start with a full strength team behind him at some point in the preseason just so he's not forced to feed off scraps. I think he'd feast on some of those through balls from the likes of Buendia and McGinn.

Watkins was also a Championship striker when we paid 30m-ish for him

The only truthful thing there is putting Hojberg and "slow" in the same phrase

He spent much of the first half of last season sitting on the bench so he's probably not in need of the same amount of rest as the others.
