  1. Their forward line isn't overly physical so I'd drop Carlos and revert back to our usual back 4 with Cash coming in.

The rest of the team picks itself unless Unai sees someone is showing signs of fatigue in training yesterday/today.

Some big fixtures over the next few weeks where we obviously play City, Arsenal and Utd. But elsewhere too.

Spurs face: City, Newcastle and Brighton

Man Utd: Newcastle, Liverpool, Chelsea, ourselves.

    Newcastle: Man Utd, Tottenham

I assume we essentially just want draws all over the place?!

To be honest, i really think we can get a result against either Arsenal or City.  I just think there is so much belief within this team that they will surprise some people outside of the club.  However I'm just going to enjoy the top 4 for the next week!

Unless i am being thick the title is still in our own hands. If we win the next 3 we will be top of the league.  Long time since we could say that  eh.....

I think Liverpool can prevent that. I would imagine there is more than a good chance they win 3 out of 3 all by decent margins

I think if we start beating the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, etc the players will start to believe as well, which is a very tasty prospect with Emery at the helm.

I believe this is the key to it as well.  Once they start believing, we all saw in that 10 wins in a row in he championship what an effect it can have.  They will go into every game thinking they can win and even if they go behind they will still be thinking they are good enough to come back into it and win.

I'm not as yet convinced with Zaniolo off the left, it doesn't suit him and I think we can do better next summer in signing a big attacking talent with Zaniolo and Traore out and a new Striker and Attacker in.

I noticed against Fulham or AZ (can't for the life of me remember which one now for some reason) he came on up top and Ollie pushed out wide.  I wonder if Emery also doesn't think he is hitting the levels he expected out wide so is experimenting with him as our back up to Ollie in the knowledge that Ramsey is coming to take the wide slot?

  6. I was annoyed that they played the music when Emi got to show us his trophy, I felt they could have turned it off so we could have serenaded him instead. I'm sure the holte probably tried, but from where I was in the trinity all I could hear was the music

On Villa TV some of the loudest chants from our lot were Aye-Aye Ashley Ashley Young and Shit on The Albion. Was a bit disappointing tbh.

Sunshine on Leith from the Hibs fans sounded great

That's weird because from the trinity I couldnt hear either of those, but I did hear John Carew and gabby's.

That contract would put him here just under 10 years, not including homegrown players , any others come to mind that have stayed similar length?

I suppose that would depend on if you count Gareth Barry as homegrown or not?

  9. well I've had a terrible day!

    1:30 - Hermes Allen

    2:10 - Gerri Colombe

    2:50 - Icare Allen

    3:30 - Eddwardstone

If anyone has Galvin, Midnight run or Fun Fun Fun in the remaining races, you might as well throw your slips away now!
