I absolutely loved the Star Wars (Original AND Complete Saga ones) and Indiana Jones ones. Never played the Potter ones and I never really got into the Batman ones (Even though I love Batman).

Missus has been slowly moving in the last week or so, and yesterday the removal men did their thing and all of her furniture is now at mine too so we've been trying to sort through it (with me being at work though it's only a few hours on an evening).
When you've basically doubled up on everything you lack quite a bit of space, but it's coming together Patience is required.
Also it's my birthday tomorrow. YAY! 28 years young.

Currently sitting at level 32 with my current character. Done all of the Thieves Guild and I'm in the process of doing the last 'special mission' which will restore it to its former glory. Huzzah. Love the Nightingale Armour though. Been using it for ages now.
Gonna hit the Dark Brotherhood next. When that's complete I'll finish up the main quests and then download Dawnguard.

Once you get started 1 day rest will be on the cards. I'd go to the gym on those days if I could but I know it would be pointless.
I know the first time I did some proper squats and deadlifts I had DOMs for 4 days. Couldn't walk up the stairs properly, was LOL. I was squatting 3 times a week up until Monday. Now I've broke my routine into 3.

People who jump the que.
WTF right have they got to go before others ?
i think its creeping in, before it was just something funny on holiday and you'd say we dont do that in england, but we do and its getting worse
worst ive seen was an emirates flight to dubai, they called something like rows 1 - 14 and i think me and my girlfriend were the only ones who stayed sat down, they announced it several times that it was those rows only and people were still getting turned away, when we landed you get the usual remain seated to the light goes off thing, absolutely no chance, everyone was up bags out stood up waiting to get off whilst we were still moving
problem is when flying trying to beat a que makes absolutely no sense, you rush to get on and you arent taking off till the last person is on board, you rush to get off just to go join another 2/3 ques and sods law your bag will be last anyway
What REALLY PISSES ME OFF is when you get to board the plane and the people that got called before you have too much hand luggage so they use your alloted space ( above your head locker )
WTF ?! they are the ones who have too much luggage.Put it on your lap or throw it out the **** window.
The last time that happened to me the people who had too much luggage and used my/our space were really old ( like 80 or something ) so I couldent say anything, could I ?
Piss me off.
What kind of planes do you go on where you can open a window?

I'm fed up of hearing about '50 shades' on Facebook now.
Every bint on there is reading them and loving it. It's like Twilight all over again.

Some machines do have a use, yeah. I'm thinking like you said the tricep pull down and facepulls etc... but most machines restrict your movement and don't give you the benefits that using free weights do, for example, the Smith machine.
If you take a guy who is using the Smith machine to squat say, 120kg, because of the restriction of movement whilst using it (Because it cannot fall forwards, backwards or sideways it does not need to be stabilised) the guy would not be able to do it using a free weight barbell on a squat rack and will likely cause him an injury. It gives a false representation of their strength because they assist you too much.
-
I don't use machines now at all, it's all compound stuff I do with pull-ups, chin-ups, press-ups etc... thrown in.
Love it. It was so difficult keeping track of everything when isolating muscle groups and using the machines and different dumbbell sets. Now it's a piece of piss and I'm getting massive gains.

Day 1:
Squats
Leg Press
Overhead Press
Day 3:
Bench press
Barbell Rows
Day 4:
Deadlifts
Pull-ups
Chin-ups
I usually throw in some curls at the end of each workout just to finish up.

Been off since last Tuesday. Went into hospital with the missus on Tuesday afternoon, she got released after a scan on Wednesday morning but by Wednesday night we were back there and she had miscarried. So took Thursday and Friday off to be at home with her. Kinda gutted, but I know that these things happen and there was nowt we could do. Just have to try again in the future.

Attention seeking.
My boss has been going on lately about how an old friend has been battling with illness, and keeping us all informed on a daily basis about what's going on. Without wishing to sound heartless, none of us really want to know in all honesty, I'm sure she wouldnt care if the shoe was on the other foot. Anyway, my boss barely knows this person, he's not really any more than a friend of a friend, if that.
Anyway, sadly, said person passed away yesterday. My boss was unconsolable, the whole office got to hear about it in a flood of tears peppered with a good helping of "me, me me.. blah blah blah".
She's back in the office today, laughing her head off, in the mood of her life.
Tell her you need the afternoon off to go and see someone in hospital who has the same name as someone you used to go to school with.

Met an older woman at a bar last night.
She wasn't bad for 57, we drank and flirted a bit, then she asked if I'd ever had a mother and daughter combo.
I said no.
We drank a bit more, then she says that tonight was my lucky night.
I went back to her place.
She put the hall light on and shouted upstairs:
"Mum, you still awake?"
That's a real story from my life. Can't believe it has been turned into a joke >_<

Dante, when you're on lean gains are you training before your feeding window?
Or are you training somewhere in the middle of it?
As I said I was interested in it but was concerned that, because I workout late at night at the moment (usually about 9pm) it wouldn't really work
After looking at it I reckon I'm gonna be working out mid-fast. 8pm is my food cut off time and I'll be working out from 7am-8am, with my post workout meal being 12:30pm (I'll have a shake after my workout though).
I've got BCAA to take in a shake prior to going to the gym though so muscle loss shouldn't be an issue.

A bit of competition is good.
-
Squat is up to 110kg
Deadlift is up to 140kg
Rows are up to 70kg
Bench I reckon is up to 85kg but my gym only have 5kg plates so have to be a rounded number (70kg, 80kg, 90kg) which sucks.
:winkold:

I'm starting LeanGains today whilst slightly amending my training to pyramid training. 12 weeks of intermittent fasting (16 hours fast, 8 hours eat). Looking forward to my feeding window (12pm-8pm) already!

Well, missus is all moved in now.
Still can't believe we've only been going out since the end of January. Some will say we're moving fast (after all, it is only a little over 5 months) but it feels right, and to be honest it's like we've been together forever. (cliché).
We're really settled and I'm loving it.
