He might have some talent but as Hanoi says. his attitude was wrong. He was one of a number of bad apples that we had to get rid off.
He'll soon be causing a scene when we wants to move from Middlesboro'

Immense player.
A leader of men and Bruce's best signing by far.

The conversation isn't going to be "villa will lose grealish if they don't go up " We could lose him even if we do. He's going to play at a very high level. There is now end product to his game. He took 3 Birmingham players out of the game with the pass to adomah
He's a Villa lad, he's not leaving if we continue to go in the right direction!

Delighted for Bruce more than anyone today.
He's had some stick about some of the performances and some of it rightfully so, but what he has done here is fantastic.
Not just the results and improvement in style but getting rid of that toxic atmosphere that hung over the club for years. The club seems like a good place to be for the first time since the MON years.
Well done Brucey! Lets push on and get promoted now.

I love Loach. I've often wondered why our town doesn't do a bit more to put his name about, we only ever hear about old George with regards to our greatest exports, but I'd suggest he is as important on the global stage. As far as I know there's nothing anywhere that would tell you he's from here. Nothing in the museum, none of those fancy blue placard things. Or perhaps that is at his request.
Here's a really nice interview with him conducted at the new Nuneaton Town ground, he talks about his memories of football at the old ground, his childhood, his career, amongst other things. You really get a taste for how all of his experiences shaped his body of work in various ways.
i always assumed he was northern. Had no idea he was from Nuneaton!

I was considering putting Michael Jackson in the Things You Don't Get thread. But I DO get it. He had some talent.
But I really didn't like anything he did post J5.
I grew up on the Thriller and Bad albums, especially the latter. I still know all the words to every song on that album!
The videos were great too. I would have loved to see him live
I know things went mega weird with him in 90's onwards and I was never a huge fan of anything from 'Dangerous' onwards but i'll always love his stuff from the 80's

I always think the early rounds of X Factor and BGT are just there just to mock the thick contestants.

It seems a lot of people on here don't like the puerile garbage that is X Factor , Strictly Cone Dancing, The Voice etc. Yet we are lead to believe these are the most popular shows on TV - so who the hell DOES like this garbage, does anyone know anybody who does like them. It's like finding someone who admits to voting for Thatcher or buying Cliff Richard records.
Its vacuous shite so it has to be women! Every Monday at work they are talking about it... usually moaning about how unjust it was and so and so was voted off and how much of a fix it is... well don't watch it then!

Hmmm that scene lacks the subtlety of Craig Fairbrass’ earlier film work.
“You’re a loudmouth punk slag....who’s about to die.”
If you need an East End word removed and can't afford Winstone then Fairbrass is the go-to man!
