Good question, thanks for asking.

2 sausage, 2 egg, 2 bacon, 2 hashers, 2 slices of toast, 2 slices of lightly friend bread (sometimes), a ramekin of non sloppy beans and maybe a grilled tomato for garnish. 

Mushrooms and black pudding in the bin. 

Hot drink and glass of juice.

Usually followed by a big poo about 30 mins later.

Salt is the answer I think. It removes the moisture therefore slowing down any deterioration. 

I'm sure ships used to sail with barrels of salted meats (kw) that would last ages.

They're all a waste of time. They said it would be dry today... it was raining when I was on the way to work this morning, and its absolutely pissing it down now.

Our form is patchy but in the last 3 games we have 4 points... Man Utd have 2. 

We are in a far better position over them than we were last Saturday morning. Yes, we should have won yesterday, but other teams are running out of games.

Filled up yesterday - Shell V-power was 173.9p. While I don't keep a close eye on it, I'm sure that is up quite a bit from 2-3 weeks earlier when I last put some in. I think it was about mid 160s then?

Didn't go into the office last week due to engineering works on my train line. I actually missed it a bit!

I still think three days a week in the office is too much for me, but once or twice is ideal, if only for a change of scenery.
