So who do you want or think we can attract? Villa fans all moaned and signed petitions when Lerner wanted Rafa Benitez and know look what we ended up with in Mcgleish and Lambert who are both inferior in every aspect. However we reap what we sow in that aspect. We could have had a tactical genius instead we ended up with a tactical numpty. Which manager that is better than Lambert would want to come to Aston Villa please tell me.

No it isn't but what it gives is stability and that is something this club has lacked for a long long time. BTW I am not saying I want Lambert for 10 years, just I don't believe changing the manager each year is the right way to go about things. We need stability and continuity for us to thrive and yes I am thinking long term. We may or may not go down this season, however our slide has been coming for a few years now. It's not like we were mid table or challenging for a CL place and suddenly this season we are in a relegation fight. It has been coming for the past 3 years now, so I do believe it is critical at this juncture for us to have stability at manager level for the next few years.

What is the point in changing the manager every year? Long term what will that achieve?

Also even if we do go down, Lambert knows that division and more importantly how to get out of it. As I said we need continuity now and Lambert needs to be backed.

Lambert needs to be given the opportunity to rectify the situation. It's no good chopping and changing the manager each year. We have Lambert now and we need to give him our support. We need continuity otherwise we'll be much more worse off.

I doubt 40 points is the total we will need to stay up. More like somewhere between 34-38 points, which we are capable of getting.

Sissoko is a quality player. He'd get in the man u team is how good he is. We should really try and go for him if at all possible. He could be that difference maker for us.

We are Aston VIlla. We are big enough and great enough to attract any player that is in our transfer bracket. We are the biggest team in the league in terms of our other competitors for the players that us and the likes of QPR, Southampton, Wigan, Newcastle etc are wanting. Sell Bent for £10m and with that money buy 2 top quality players. I'd buy a central defender and midfielder. I'd try and use that £10m to sign Squillaci and M'Vila. £3m for Squillaci and £7m for M'Vila.

I can't believe this team and why they are so high in the league table. They are pure crap. Rank average at best. They have a PR man as manager who had one good year and I bet that was a fluke. Reina is dodgy as hell, Johnson is rubbish and can't defend. Skrtel and Agger are both jokes. Vlaar is a better defender than both. IMO Ciaran Clark is better than both too. Skrtel is a red card waiting to happen lol. How crap is Allen lol £15m for that hahaha and to think we get a much superior player in Holman! Liverpool got done on him and Swansea cashed in. I cried tears of joy when they paid us £20m for Downing!!! hahaha what a joke player. Gerrard is finished, Henderson is crap and the one player that is pure shite, that does absolutely nothing and is a nothing player is Lucas. Every time I see him he passes the ball square or backwards!! How on earth is he a Brazilian international!!! OK Suarez is a great player and Sturridge is ok, but really I do think we are better then them, which was proved when we beat them. Guzan is better than Reina. Lowton is already better than Johnson, Vlaar is better than both Skrtel and Agger and Clark will be better than both too. N'zogbia is better than any of their wide players and Holman is better than any of their central midfielders. Bent is better than Sturridge and in Benteke we have the best No.9 in the league. Really only Suarez and perhaps at a stretch Enrique would get into our team.

We'll beat Newcastle, West Ham, Reading, QPR, Liverpool, Fulham, Sunderland, Norwich and Wigan. We'll get draws against WBA, Stoke, Chelsea. So that is 30 points on top of what we have at the moment. Trust me we'll be safe. I mean we do have a quality quality team and once Lambert has instilled the system he wants us to play and we are getting closer to this, we'll be harder to beat. We have a quality team. In Brad Guzan we have a exceptional GK. Only Cech, Hart and Lloris are better. In Vlaar we have one of the best defenders in the world. Apart from the defences of chelsea and man u he'd walk into any team in league. Clark is going to be exceptional. Lawton will be great for us he has all the talent. In midfield the likes of N'Zogbia, Holman, Delph and Herd is very talented. Once Lambert gets them increasing their work rate their skills will come to fruition. In Benteke we have the best No.9 in the league and Bent is a supreme goalscorer. I reckon we'll finish around 13th or 14th. Due to our bad start. We have a great team full of talented players. In Lambert we have the best young manager in Britain. I believe.
