He did win player of the year but i guess the league is so poor thats not such a big achievement either. I guess you must have seen a lot of him to feel he is mediocre? I think he would enhance our squad and he also pays for himself with the amount of money made from his commercial worth in the far east? IMO would be a good signing.

good point, Parker will probably pull out at the last minute and decide he wants to come here instead because of that reason. Parker isn't a winner for me so will be more than happy to join their revolution. Certain clubs in the country you can throw millions at they will never be successful. West Ham and Newcastle are signing the obvious. I think we have better and less predictable signings on the way.

If im being honest I would not mind if we buy any of the players we have been linked to simply because I trust MON's judgement and will pass judgement until the players signed have had at least half a season. If your going to be upset about a player we buy before he even puts on a shirt then you will never give him a chance.

Reo-Coker is going to be a great signing, I really believe it will be As for Gordon, I'd prefer him to Boruc or the PSV goalie! Gordon is going to be absolute world class! I have to agree with this. Very positive signings indeed.

I think Luke Moore's days at Villa are numbered.

But wouldn't it be more satisfying to pay 3-4 million for a Bent or Carrick instead of the 10-15 million that is asked of them once they have made it in the premiership.
