We just have to match Spurs' result every weekend. That's it. No fancy maths. Just match Spurs stride for stride.

No problem.
In this instance, I'd just refer you back to the word "recuse" in my post.

I'm also not sure how much you can take from it but also as a complete guess id say that the dimple effect would indicate a pro shirt or whatever adidas call them which is bigger news because they only do them for a certain category of team, might do some digging later tonight - or another one for @NurembergVillan
I'm going to recuse myself from this topic for the time being. As and when the club or brand formally share something I'll chip in with my £0.02 worth.
The only thing I'll add is that both Villa and the brand are going to be taking the relationship and the projected direction of the club very seriously. Champions League teams get Champions League service.

Deary me. What a pile of colossal arseholes. It blows my mind that a single person in this country who isn't a racist millionaire would vote for them.
**** me.

There's a role for him in the squad but in the grand scheme of things he's a Tier 3 right back.
Nothing to be ashamed of and he's an advantage in certain games, but he's not a 10/10 in attack OR defence so that's an opportunity to improve the team.

His incisive passing is superb. Not only accurate, but executed so quickly too.
He's now adding serious work rate to his game, like Bailey, and it's paying off.
Seems like if we're under pressure Cash ticks inside, Bailey drops deep and Youri covers Bailey's spot.
On form, we're so fluid in and out of possession.

Brighton were given 2600 tickets so unfortunately thousands of Villa fans will be disappointed
Why are they so interested in going to watch the Villa?!

In a peculiar twist of fate, Ajax's left back is called Gaston Avila - which is how Claudio Ranieri would pronounce our club name.

Ah, Caleb.
The Paul Gallagher of the football world.

Real Madrid currently sell 1.7m shirts a year.
Fair to assume a decent chunk of previously PSG sales will follow Mbappe to Madrid.
He'll do alright out of this deal...
I wonder if image rights, at that sort of level, are a handy FFP workaround?

Knowing them, Rodri will stub his toe in the shower the day before, and Rashford will dive for a hat trick of penalties
I know you're tongue in cheek here, but I think they'll get absolutely pumped by City to the extent it could derail them for a few weeks.

Villa have had 3 very good performances in a row now in the PL. Looks like we've got out of our so called bad patch against Sheffield United and now on the up.
Spurs and Man United haven't been good in their last 3 games + more. It was never sustainable for them to keep winning not playing well. Their luck is and bound to run out.
Basing on performances on the field and the consistency over since Emery took over Villa, you have to fancy Villa to finish 4th.
People look far to much into results and not the actual performances on the field. I think the last 3 PL games villa have played have been up there with some of our best of the season.
This is entirely correct.

Can't help but think we're going to get absolutely shat on by them at some point and it'll really cost us
The opening "goal" against Sheff Utd and the non-penalty against Man Utd not bad enough for ya?

PS - they're $399 and he's tried to launch them at a convention for proper sneakerheads. Predictable response is predictable.

Just in case you were wondering, Donald Trump has launched a sneaker collection. And it's **** awful
