    Get your prostate checked.

    Seriously.

If you do get your prostate checked, make sure the doctor uses 2 fingers. That way you get a second opinion.

For those who know, is it true that we know how to create a "blackbox" and yet we have no way of knowing at present, what goes on inside it?

Thats why its black.I mean if it was transparent then everybody would know what is in it.

There's an archived interview with J R R Tolkien, where he was asked why the Fellowship of the Ring didn't just travel to Mordor via the river, which (going by his map) would have been much easier.

    His reply was:

"I've been asked this before by another interviewer, and I'll give you the same answer I gave him... SHUT UP!!!"

    :)

Ray Charles ( the singer ) was asked in an interview once."What do you think about being blind"

Charles answered.: I dont mind being blind,im just glad that im not black.

  5. Thanks guys for that info,I always wondered how a virus took over admin rights. As it turns out my friend has a different prob than what I thought (as above ) he has a "persistant virus" so I advised him to go to "Bleeping computer"

  6. A friend of mine just installed a virus/Malware when downloading a program to unlock his tablet and it has taken over his PC.

What I want to know is how does a virus/Malware just wander into your PC and take over Admin rights ? I mean I didnt know it was that easy to gain admin rights ( a lot of malware/virus do it ) and,why hasent MS fixed this issue yet because it has been going on for years.

Any valid suggestions how to get my friends admin rights back ?

  7. A friend I went to work with and have kept in touch has Parkinsons. It is a terrible sickness to have.He is in a home now because he cant control anything from his neck down. So,while his body and various functions wither away his brain is still very much alert. He is virtually watching himself waste away.

The Stew Pony Public house/hotel and lido was magnificent.

When I was growing up it was bustling pub and hosted tons of events with loads of different function rooms. I played in loads of jazz bands when I was a kid including once a month on Sunday nights with my youth jazz band.

People still say, down to the Stewpony, turn left etc. when giving directions.

    Now it looks like this.

my wife just witnessed a cat get run over in our street, driver and the cats owner screaming at each other, owner called the police claiming she was driving too fast, my wife has to give a witness statement....someone on our street will hate us come the end of today...the wife says it was the cats fault, good answer

Cats dont know what they are doing, human drivers do ( or supposed to know what they are doing )

I've got a cat. I say hello to it in the morning, it then f***s off for 8 hours, and comes back for a quick snack and a fuss, then f***s off again.

I love cats. No bother at all. It's like having a tiny lodger.

Its like having a small furry boss.

Bats.  We often sit in our back yard as dusk descends and regularly see a couple circling around trees feasting on insects, silhouetted against the sky.  I love their jerky movement compared to birds, alway looking just one failed flap of a wing away from dropping to the ground.  I used to go to the Oregon Shakespeare festival at an outdoor theater and would get distracted from the play as bats circled around the bright spotlights gorging themselves on the bugs they attracted.

We dont get bats in Perth but when I was in India the fireflies fascinated me at night time.

My brother moved to Spain recently and his (very long haired) cat has been really struggling.  Moping around and not eating, getting really weak.

Took her to the Vet who spotted something on an xray.  Opened her up and removed a large swab that must had been left inside her by the previous vet from when she was neutered.  It was strung out and wrapped round her intestine and was starving her to death.

Hopefully she will get better better now and her health will pick up.
