Bloody hell this thread is turning into the rumour section on the OS site. Who love linking us with Keane yet absolutly no where has that been said!!! My mates nans brother said he saw O'leary talking to Beckham and they both told him that he is on his way to Villa -
I noticed that and it brings me back to my question about does o'leary or someone let the one's who need to know about this. Obviously true cause of the quotes how will o'leary know about this unless they read sky etc. Having Angel would be a bonus could help, come on Villa!!!!!!! Add some more pace?

God this is so true, DJ DJ has been given no chance whats so ever by some people on here claiming he can never be good etc etc. What load of rubbish and i will say it again Hughes is a bargin, playing in a regular position he will become awesome!

Well Bellamy isnt coming anyway, so doesnt matter. Would rarther look forward to seeing Luke come through and become a better finisher than both As it looks like he is our summer striker signing!

You need to ask i we had these players and perhaps philips last season would we have finished higher. Yup So they do improve our team Hughes is a bargin at 1.5 a very underrrated player a cracking right back.

As i said in the Bellamy thread, he is clearly waiting to see if Newcastle will have him back. That crap manager there said he will never player for him again so thats that in my eye's so YES!

I see where you are coming from bickster, i would love both bellamy and distin at villa just for that fact of some new signings which would improve our team so i hope your right! Its just Everton have there head screwed on at the momment and are working there way through decent transfer targets some of which just happen to be ours. This is one of the reasons i think we issued a statement about malbranque when we still are alittle interested in him, this along with Strides "Hopefully there will be some players in shortly"

Would prefer bellamy cause we need a striker however, i think Everton will go for him over Distin(see bbc). So we will get distin, have a wicked defence but never score! :roll:

Ive said this before and i'll say it again. Will dol know about Saviola/D'Alessandro? If he does why have we not tried? If not fair enough. Does dol read newsnow/bbc/sky just cause they were not on his original list doesnt mean we cannot go for them surly?

Richardson was consistant for West Brom last season and a better actual winger than Barry, Barry is a left sided midfielder NOT a winger. A winger is what we need someone with some pace other than Vass!
