Yeah but he did ok first season then slowly going down from there, it cannot be a coincidence that Doug has slowly been closing us down and getting worse in that time as well. Yes O'leary aint been the best but aint helped by a chairmen trying to shut us down!

Yeah i agree with that but i think its a combination of Ellis and O'leary the difference being if we are lucky with injuires i think he will do ok and we will finish mid-table. If were not unlucky with injuires then were ****, now is this O'learys fault because he cannot work witht he reserve team he has or Ellis because he keeps stripping away at Aston Villa? Once again i think its more Ellis.

In performance wise yes but in terms of finishing its 2 good against 1 bad. 1st 6th, 2nd 10th (i think) mid-table is best we can hope for under Ellis. People were quite happy dismiss them 2 'good' seasons during last season. Now the rubbish season is in the past with the 2 'good' ones so simply put its 2-1. Along with Ellis shutting us down its only gonna get worse unless we have some luck.

I'm sorry but if we have some injuries to our senior players, so were basically playing a reserve side with a few first teamers in it you expect a different manager to do better?? If you can find a manager that can get us mid-table and above with majority reserve players he must the greatest manager ever!!! and this one is going to come to Villa???? On the over hand if we don't have lots of injuries and can play first team regularly then O'leary will do fine. Like he did the first 2 seasons, people class them as in the past well the season gone was in the past so its 2 good against 1 bad, not to bad hey!?

I dont think any manager in the world can work with that type of restrictions and expected to do something. Your basically managing the reserve team with a few first teamers. Its a joke!

Its true what Malc says, anyone who thinks Ellis wants to actually sell is a fool. Does he bollocks want to sell, if he did he would ask for a realistic asking price and not be so stubborn about it all. I might ask him at the AGM if he actually allows anyone to speak. :roll:
