I find your reasoning regarding Moyes vs Hughes rather interesting. You look at their records and dismiss Moyes while remaining 50-50 on Hughes. I mean, obviously, we will never know beforehand how something turns out, but how do you arrive at the conclusion that Hughes is 50-50 while Moyes is a no-goer? Hughes seems to show alot more ambition. I never see this with Moyes, he looks like he is happy enough plodding on with Everton. Remember he could have managed Tottenham and turned it down. No one else has really come in for him since then maybe a little worrying. To me he is average at best.

Randy will be fully commited to us fans if he pays close to £10 million to buy out his contract, then pay him a significant salary. I am not a Moyes lover like most of you. So please convince me and tell me where you have this information that he is such a great manager that just needs funding. I dont see his skills any better than MON's. As far as I see he has zero ambition being with Everton for close to 10 years. Has won sweet FA, even though the team does have some quality players. How he would be any different with our club. Moyes is gonna cost close to £10 million quid to prise off Everton due to his contract. He is still in Barbados too so if there is a meeting taking place must be with his agent. Though im doubting Randy would wanna pay his buy out clause. Not worth it anyway, he should be chasing us now, just shows his non ambition, he has it easy at Eveton. Believe, Rijkaard is in our list, but Randy wants premier league experience, so is not priority I trust the board fully, they know what there doing, still have options even if they need to go abroad.!

Moyes wont come. One cause of the pay off, and two, because he has limited pressure from the board at Everton. They know they cant take the team any further with no big investment and so dont pressurise Moyes into winning big trophies, As I have said before, Moyes is happy with managing Everton, and i think he seriously lacks ambition if he don't wanna start winning more and being successful. This is why I will never vote for him.

Been speaking to a friend earlier, big Villa fan. Tells me Ancellotti's agent has been interviewed by Italian media and has told them carlo is taking time out, just so Ancelotti can relax on holiday without the crazy Italian media all over him. They also know from this Media that it will get around the world quick, so he will not be bothered for a while about the speculation of becoming Villa manager. Moyes has no Ambition!

Someone needs to tell me, Im still really missing the love for Moyes. As far as I can see, money cannot be the answer with him. He already has some cracking players. He is surely no better than MON. Answer me this? Why has he not done better with the players he has. Do we think, give him 30 million and he will have us in the Champions league. He may not have been given Millions, but still manages to buy quality, but his team still cannot compete with the big clubs. Where is his ambition, he should be jumping at the chance to Manage a team like ours with our ambition. He will never get us into top 4, if this is what we all want lets have him. If we want more we need to move into Europe for our Manager. I have big trust in Randy, I Believe he knows what his doing. But do we know he wants Champions League football, or is he happy with 6th place and breaking even.

Would you be happy with Mcleish? Finished as high as 9th with Brum (unthinkable now), won them their first ever trophy and got them into the UEFA Cup.. I would be happy with McLeish, I think he's a good manager. Don't particularly like his style of football...but thats another matter. No manager could make this Engliand team quality. Capello is a quality manager and I believe if he cant do nothing with this team no one will. The team is a utter disgrace to us English. The only players putting out yesterday were Ashley come and get me young and Wiltshire who Believes in the England Badge. The likes of Rio, Terry, Lampard, Walcott to name a few have zero passion for the team. They are happy enough selfishly going back to there 100k salaries. The current England set up cannot play Cappelo's continental football and never will able to. It was like Houllier trying to train our lot, it was'nt working cause we have not been brought up with this style of football. Premiership football is not as good as Europeam style football this has been proved. Untill our team learn how to play quality "Barca esk" football, we are unfortunately gonna win fook all!!! If Hughes is going to be our manager we are not gonna hear anything for a month. There can be nothing leaked or said that we have tempted or spoke with Hughes or else we could be sued breaking the rules. The only time we can Leagally speak to Hughes will be the 1st of july.
