WHAT TIME IS IT?!

Smart. Giving some of our second string a chance against smaller opposition. Should be an easy win this.

THANK YOU!
It's driving me crazy that people are still mentioning them. They're irrelevant
Mentioning who?

So by my calculations we have played 30 games, Spurs have played 30 games and we are two points above them, so that should mean we can sign Januzaj on loan?

@Tayls was going on about them winning nine in a row. They still have 9 games.
Even with that we'd just need 5 wins and draw from last eight so shows realistically what a remote prospect it is.
They aren't getting close to nine wins and a poor end to the season probably still results in us winning three more games and a draw or two.
I never said they are going to win 9 in a row I said they are probably capable of it. And then all I said was I wouldn’t be comfortable until it’s mathematically impossible. That’s far away from me saying, “Man U are going to catch us and we will finish 28th in the league.”

In fairness to Tayls despite the performance they nearly did win the game! I think that's the angle he's looking at. Despite the shit they're picking up results.
They are jammy AF. We all know that over the years. Things go their way more often than not. I agree that they aren’t what they used to be. Seen them play a few times this season (on tv) and I’ve been bored watching them. But, they will still pick up results. Is it difficult for them to finish above us, yes, is it impossible, no. Are we capable of doing an Aston Villa and letting it slip away. Yes.
8 games. Let’s go.

So you watched them today and your conclusion was they could *checks notes* easily win 9 in a row? United. Zero goal difference Manchester United. This is technically an opinion yes, but it's not a serious one.
My post was before the game… I also said they ‘could easily win 9 in a row, and it probably wouldn’t be that surprising”… Not quite sure what you are getting at tbh.

FFS. This game eh.

Typical.

I like Zani. Have backed him all season. It’s been a tricky one for him, as it has with many players who are new to this league. Plus he’s on loan, so you’d have to imagine his mindset is a little all over the place… where will he be in a few months time etc etc.

Its boring at this stage mate
Oh dear. it’s a forum for people to share opinions. As a long term reputable poster you should be aware of that? Disappointing.

The annoying thing is that Man U could easily go and win their remaining 9 in a row, and it probably wouldn’t be that surprising. Even if we get lucky and they only manage to draw tonight, they could still do serious damage with 8 remaining. So for me they are a concern still and will be until it is mathematically impossible for them to go above us. I’m praying that is achieved before the last game of the season.

What were the fans singing there? (Whilst Lino was sorting his thing)
Still singing it now actually

Man football is depressing sometimes.

Just had a look at the stats and saw that wolves had 73% possession in the opening few mins…. Why are we allowing this?
-
Hoping we have one of those games where we blow the opposition [kenneth] away in the first half and score 3 or 4. however, we aren’t very good defensively this second half of the season so I expect us to concede...
-
It’s very Aston Villa of us to allow others to reap the rewards of taking risks or showing some immense ambition. Quite why we have failed to either expand on what we have or aim to move elsewhere is just insane. We’ll be left behind again. Oh well.

So in summary of the last 10 or so pages - Birmingham are going to have a much larger and better stadium than us and will benefit from all of the commercial revenue that comes with that, whilst we struggle along with our out-of-date stadium and lack of investment in that area… but… we will still see better football being played at VP?

Stadium share with Blues? Bit of a Milan thing going on…

Might as well start the league with the top 6 having 2 wins each and us having 12 defeats and then play the rest of the games. Embarrassingly non competitive when it comes to this lot. Yes I know we got a win against Tottenham, but…. Meh.
