The full Wonderlic is 50 questions in 12 minutes (so there's slightly more time per question in that form). The average scores vary by position:

* Offensive tackle: 26 (so a little less than 9, assuming that the questions are taken randomly from the actual test)

* Center: 25

* Quarterback: 24

* Guard: 23

* Tight end: 22

* Safety, linebacker: 19

* Cornerback: 18

* Wide receiver, fullback: 17

* Halfback: 16

(for comparison, the average person scores 24, and 10 is the minimum that would suggest that a person is literate... a typical chemist scores 31, a computer programmer 29, a journalist 26, a salesman 24, down to 17 for a security guard and 15 for a warehouse worker)
