Fwiw, the IE version is 11.0.9600.16476, Update 11.02 (KB2898785) Probably just a setting in there somewhere, but blowed if I can find out what. Link to comment
0 tonyh29 Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 I've had this issue from time to time with Firefox I've done the clear cache etc it's very random though so figured it was my PC and a browser .. next time it happens I'll see if I can give a bit more info Link to comment

I've a feeling the answer is No .. but i can't recall exactly as it was a week or so ago ( I'm fairly sure I would have tried IE at the same time as by default whenever i have a web issue the first thing I do is switch browsers and I know i didn't quote the post when I added my reply ) tbh I use the VT app on the phone when I'm at home and only use a browser when I'm at work so I put it down to my PC ... now someone else has mentioned it I'll keep more of an eye on it should it happen again 1 Link to comment
