He is much better than Hogg...
-
I think he is more or less on the same level as Collins right now. The difference is that he can play the ball better, and, unlike Collins, he can improve a lot.
-
I think they will take Arsenal's place.
-
I don't live in England, but if I did it would be probably because of the lack of ambition shown by the club, which is reflected in the sale of both our best players without proper replacements and the appointment of a mediocre manager.

Gaston Ramirez at Bologna

If you get any decent ones...

I say Ancelotti to come in bringing Pirlo and Kaka. Funded through the sales of Young and Downing. Amazing.
Amazing for our doctors, not so much for us... Kaka is always injured, and earns about 8mil € per year... Something like 135k per week... Pirlo just moved to Juve, has been injured all year, and still earns more than 70k per week, plays well every now and then, and is totally immobile... He would be total rubbish in the Premier League...

Clark needs to calm the **** down. Half of the bookings he's got were useless and avoidable. I hope this ban will give him some time to think, because he is a great player and a great prospect, and I'm really fond of him.
-
I'd rather have a MF who overplays the ball (Bannan) than a usless lump who "underplays" it (Petrov).
-
Gabby is obscene. Get him off the pitch.
-
I would personally play him instead of Petrov. He has more creativity.
Petrov would be a good sub when we are winning and we have to manage the ball posession, or against big teams like Chelsea, Arsenal ecc...
-
Today we lost because of:
1) Houllier's bad decisions. Albrighton should have been in for Agbonlahor, Bannan for Petrov.
2) Heskey. If you take of the wasted goal and the red card, he played a FANTASTIC game. Problem is, he missed a goal that was easier to score than to miss, and he got stupidly sent off. No excuses.
3) A bit of bad luck. If Bardsley tries that same shot 100 more times, he probably won't score another one.
-
**** you Heskey
-
But why isn't Albrighton playing?
-
Collins is a madman and he should be tied up. Stupidest way of coceding a penalty.
-
Today GH was shit. Delph was out of condition, Hogg is poor, Collins should be tied up...
Why the fook didn't Clark play? And Bannan?
-
Hopefully Ash can at least make the bench. His set pieces could be the key to unlocking the sometimes suspect Spurs defence...
Downing's set pieces are just as good.
-
Warnock is a madman, and he should be tied up. How stupid was he when he allowed the corner on which N'Gog (rubbish player) scored?
Dunne and Collins... You can find better defenders in League 2...
Hogg... Can't attack, can't defend... Bullshit player...
Agbonlahor... IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE STRIKER, WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOING ALWAYS STAYING ON THE WING? IDIOT!
-
He used to be the Special One. Now he is the Special Five
-
The fact is that we can't go much far with these rubbish defenders...
Can Lichaj possibly be worse than L.Young?
-
Well, Mourinho wanted Deco and Carvalho last year. The DOF bought Sneijder and Lucio, and we all know how it ended.
DOFs are more concentrated on other teams' players, especially for foreign teams.
But if Manager (or Coach in this case, actually) and DOF don't share the same ideas, it's often useless.
-
I was very impressed by his performance today. I personally didin't miss Petrov at all.
-
Problem is that Ireland and Young play at their best in the same position: Behind the main striker.
And Young is frankly better.
I don't dislike Ireland, but it was not the player we needed to buy.
-
Technically he is the best player in the world IMO but he's got a similar problem to C.Ronaldo in that the team needs to be built around him. He did so well at Inter because Inter played a 4-5-1 with 3 DM's + Stankovic in midfield. Ibrahimovic was there attack, and won them the league 2 years in a row pretty much by himself. At Barca it went wrong for him towards the end of last year, I think Barca made a huge mistake selling him though and he's doing well for Milan so far.
Agreed, under Mancini they played very similar to City right now. When they needed a goal they told Ibra to get one, and he did whether it was a tap in or a 35 yarder. The guy was unstoppable. He probably won't be as effective at Milan but he has a big chance of being the Serie A top scorer again. Agree about Barca too, gave them a different option, but somewhat didn't suit their style. Needed time to integrate.
Still scored 22 goals at Barça...

Especially if you consider that he was replaced by HESKEY!
