I hear the consensus on WAR is that, for a PvP focused game, it turned out to be poorly balanced with siege mechanics that didn't work turning many people away once they reached end game.

I played WAR for a while and found it great at first and then soon after really really boring. Questing was the height of tedium, open world PvP or RvR was supposed to be the main aim of the game but the servers were ghost towns. There was no PUG system for getting a team together for the instances and the few who were online just seemed to spend all their time doing scenarios (BG's in warcraft) because you could get quick XP there (and there was nothing else to do). If they wanted the game to suceed they should have had massive populations on very few servers IMO.

Let's be honest that's not possible at all. Barry's max. Transfer value this summer would be £10m given he has only a year left on his deal. No chance of getting better than him for that price.

My mate got a Celtic crest tattooed on his shoulder. Looked good at the start but then the ink ran and it looks like a big green spot now. That's the thing with tattoo's, you get one you think its cool for 6 months, then after a few years you get bored with it and realise that it looks stupid and the ink runs and it'll cost you two grands worth of laser treatment and a whole lot of pain to get it removed. When anyone ask's you you say that you don't regret it, but really you do and deep down it eats away at your very soul.

I think you get alot of instant reactions and moaning on forums and the interweb as whole. Its just the nature of the beast. I think alot of people on here would be more moderate and would accept the bigger picture if you were chatting to them down the pub. Posts on an internet forum can often be a common sense free zone, (my own included).

I agree with this and a seven for Zat Knight? What game were you watching? He was brutal. Lunging into silly tackles high up the ptich and then being left out of position after he missed the ball. It cost us the first goal and really could have cost us two more. We really need to get him out of the team when we are playing a passing side.

I think we are on track to finish 5th. The thing that could change that is transfers. If we can buy two top quality players that slot into our first team then we have to be favourites for 4th. This transfer window is the most important MON has had while at the club.
