I agree Pete - Fulham away is a far sterner test than Wolves at home. They were 5 minutes away from being relegated last year!

At home, we should certainly be winning these games despite their good start to the season (against the same weak opposition that we've played that people have been using as an excuse for our good start) - we do have a better first XI than Wolves and think we'll have too much for them. 2-0/2-1 Villa.

Be a perfect game for Ireland or Bannan to start as I imagine we'll be seeing alot of the ball.

Rumours circulating round my work from people who complained about the site melting down and not being able to do any transfers on Saturday morning are that they will be giving people a free transfer wildcard this week. Unconfirmed though!

I live in North Devon and it takes out a whole weekend to get to a 90 minute match - there's better things in the south west to spend a whole weekend on.

I do try and get to matches occasionally if I am in the Midlands, but I'm not travelling to the Midlands specifically for a match. It would cost me about £150 per match, and that is more than football is worth to me.

I'm going to Prague in November for 3 days - it's going to cost me less than going to the Villa for an hour and a half...

Exactly this for me too - I live in Cornwall now. I had to forego my season ticket when I moved down to this part of the country 3 years ago. I do miss it, but not enough to warrant hundreds of pounds and hours of travelling to renew my season ticket.

I can always go to Home Park if I need a live football fix :|

just on this subject, many years ago when a none too bright work mate told me he was going to be a dad. I asked him if he was going to be at the birth(it wan't all that common at the time) he said no. I said I think Id like to be and he told me to bugger off and wait till my own wife was preggers

Really?! I can't imagine not being with my other half when she's giving birth. I'd just feel like I would've missed out on probably the biggest moment of my life if I wasn't there.
