Well then, Deano knows us well, all he has to do is keep Jack quite, don't let him get on the ball and Villa will be a pushover.

A lot of our fans want us to sign him..

Glorified Trez, wouldn't touch him with a barge pole

Soon to be 14-9 I fancy

Whoever is in wouldn't make a great deal of difference to my life but I cannot stand the fact that we are being governed by a corrupt sleezy, nasty, heartless, detestable, lying bunch of crooks as this lot. Not sure how Labour can dig us out of this hole but I'll wager MOST people will be better off and less stressed out with them then this buch of *******.

1 year left on his contract, we need to be cashing in, not loaning him out for his final year and getting no return.
If we cant find a buyer i would just keep him around the first team squad as backup etc, apart from salary saving, serves us absolutely zero value sending him out on loan until his contract expires.

He's a decent player who wasn't happy here - he's been excellent in France for two seasons and hopefully there will be a bit of interest.
Is £7m ambitious?
Looking at his stats I'd say 7m is fair. Doubt we will keep him as I think KKH might be back up next year. I like Fred, hope he finds the right spot and does well.

I would imagine he will be firmly in Gerrard's plans next year, back up to Cashy and he will get minutes, he's easily good enough.
