Tbf to the lad, he’s played a ton of football recently. Dougie and McGinn have had their suspensions but since Kamara got injured I think he’s played pretty much every game.

So this doesn't count in your world?
Article 52 of the regulations that “all yellow cards expire on completion of the quarter-finals”,
“my world”There are further rules around bookings than in that one repeatedly shared screenshot. Honestly, I don’t know so I’m not going to argue til I’m blue in the face about it but the bit I’ve read would suggest he gets a one game ban for getting 3 bookings. We’ll see won’t we and I’d be delighted to be wrong.

I know, he ain't banned, rules are clear despite some of the media not knowing them.
No, I think he is banned unless we successfully appeal one of the cards.

I read something like you get suspended for every 3 yellow cards after the group stages and he got that so who knows.

Just want them to be able to summon up enough energy to win this one and top off a fantastic week.

As long as he can play in the second leg in case it goes to pens again.

Well, how’s the coefficient if both Liverpool and West Ham win but don’t progress?
Still not great because the Germans would have 3 teams in the next round and England would only have us. I’m over the coefficient, need to finish 4th.

Really don’t want extra time, looks absolutely exhausting.

There's an informal meeting scheduled for next week with the FAB - shall we ask?
Yes please. Also some more info about the Atairos investment and what ‘infrastructure’ is being referred to (ie physical or business). And the badge fiasco. Thanks.

Can Lenglet cover left back if we need him to? Has he done it before this season? I have a vague memory he might have…

Ffs, this is ridiculous.

I’d be ok with selling for in and around £100million or more. I don’t wish us to but can see the benefits.
He’s a great player but also one who I think we could replace easier than Watkins or Martinez. We need to get better at selling players at the right time for us and then reinvest that money into the team. Signed for £15million in 2019 so that’s £100mill pure profit.
I agree he would be easier to replace than Watkins or Martinez but we aren’t getting 100 million for him. Probably more like 70.

There's no statement to that effect, just some second hand comments that there's no plans to move.
They weren’t second hand comments. They were made by club representatives to fan representatives at an official meeting. They were also quite definite. I honestly think a redevelopment is more likely than a new stadium.

Think this has Martinez in a penalty shoot out against the French story line written all over it.

I love Ollie but with the race for top4, coefficient fc, and the conference league, I absolutely do not have the mental energy to overly care whether he gets the golden boot or not. Sure Id be pleased but I’m too busy counting coefficient points to start tracking the goals involvements of Palmer and Solanke as well.

Players get away with fouling Ollie in the box alot. He really doesn’t win as many as he should

The game against Bournemouth 3 days after a tough away trip to Lille (and possibly extra time) is not going to be easy. It’s great that we’re feeling positive again but that Bournemouth game is going to be a hard slog. If they can grind out the win after the 10 days we will have had, it would be amazing.

Was thinking based on last night's performance that he can be long term competition for Buendia. He's got that imaginative vision and capacity to find teammates in tight spaces. Very exciting for a 19yo to be playing like that.
He’s 21 but agree.
