When McGinn plays well, Villa play well. Oli gets MOM because of the hatrick but John was unplayable today.

I see Cav maybe back next season, he was still winning sprints and deserves another shot at the TDF record I think.

Tourist 1/2 game a season fan: Spends £150+ in the club shop, buys food or hospitality package, plenty of food and drink. Take's a photo holding his scarf in front of the Holte.
This in reality is me (without the scalf), I live 3 hours away and have a young family with other commitments, so a trip to Villa is half a dozen times a season and at the Everton game I bought myself and son shirts, snacks and a couple of other things, made a proper day out of it.
I actually put us in the 1884 seats but actually would of paid for some of the hospitality options if I had been more aware of them.

Not sure I get the blame on the first goal, I thought Konza was great today but I put the responsibility on him losing his man.

Started Mr Inbetween after quite a few reviews on here.
Finished the first season in a day; now started the second. Some series!

Never heard of him before. Playing in lower tier league and not regular starter. No other clubs for him but people going on like he's the second coming. Look forward to being impressed
He is not some bit-part player, I mean he started for Italy in June

Maybe I've watched a lousy highlights reel but he looks a bit on the clumsy side to me.
I like to think of it as unorthodox
He is definitely strong and powerful but will need to keep the ball closer if he doesn't want to lose it every time he has it.

For some reason I feel it is.
If it is, we need to sign a few horses and replace all our players knees in advance. lol
It certainly is, but the problem is if it goes again they shoot you and turn you into glue

Yeah, good movie. Interesting enough to justify its runtime and the cast is uniformly excellent with Murphy and Downey Junior being the standouts against an absolute plethora (thanks) of top tier talent.
Not the sort of film I would probably want to watch multiple times, but definitely a fine piece of work.
Yup spot on, was a great film, will win loads of awards, just not sure I will watch it loads of times as it certainly left me feeling somewhat deflated (not sure that's the right word but it certainly not a happy popcorn flick)

Yep, and that goal alone and nothing else is what has kept him from being hailed as a terrible flop like Werner was (0,21 vs. 0,18 goals per game). While certainly nice to have the winning goal in the UCL finals, I expect more from my 70 million investment. .
Well they just got 55 million for him so I would say his cost/success ratio was better than most.

Havertz not up to par? I mean dude scored the winner in champions league final didn’t he?

90s was so good for the relaunch of punk rock (albeit in a pop-punk kind of way). I went to see (for the first time) Rancid at Wembley OVO Tuesday night, I think their album "And out come the wolves" released at a similar time, is in on par with Smash.

I'm pretty sure Bailey in 2 of the last 3 starts has gone past a player and setup a goal and if he had the runners coming into the box would of done it to Liverpool as well. I agree he can be improved upon but he is still a very good squad player.
-
I thought he was good today actually. But don’t disagree we could do with an upgrade. Happily keep him around as good backup or to bring on.

We're assuming Manchester United finish in the top 4. It's very much possible that we get 6th and only be in the Conference.
Huh? But then they would be 5th and take that place anyway…

To be fair i've seen the opposite, both from our own, and opposition fans, they don't think we have a chance in hell of getting him.
I think due to the current issues at Juventus that he maybe available/want to move, but I doubt it would be to us. Too many other big hitters would jump at the opportunity.

Bought tickets for the Fulham game last night and just bought three for the Spurs game.
I could get used to being excited about football games again!
(I may also need to embark on a life of crime - £54 quid for adult in the Holte!)
Me too and bringing the whole family including my 3 year old (get them started early, my two older boys have been a few times), this season is the first time (aside from covid) in ten plus years I hadnt been (not getting membership has limited opportunities a bit) gonna be gone 1am by the time I get home on a school night but will be worth it

Agree wholeheartedly, if I had a minor quibble it would be that it was maybe 20 mins too long.

Kipchoge has been saying for a while that this guy was gonna be the guy to beat him. I’m interested to see what he could do in Berlin as I personally think it’s a faster course (I ran faster in Chicago than Berlin but nothing to do with the course).
