Safe to say Sinisalo has had the best loan? Lads smashing it there. Wonder what we will do with him next season loan wise.

No doubt. Barry was the frontrunner but the injury derailed his season unfortunately.

I've just found out that (Puszcza) Niepołomice is only 40 mins drive away from me, so I thought about going to scout Zych in person. But wait, it gets, better: since Niepołomice is a town of 12k population, they are playing their home games in the Cracovia stadium, which being in Krakow is obviously even closer. Now I'm seriously tempted.

As the Polish correspondent if you have any decent amount of self-respect you must!*

this is from last year but the manager merry-go-round. Man United sacked their manager, hired Juventus's manager. Who then proceed to hire Pep from Man City, who then get Klopp from Liverpool. Liverpool then get Simeone from Atleti, who then get the guy that Man United fired.

I've also noticed that Set-Piece coaches are consistently moving from club to club. McPhee almost always goes to Liverpool after a week in my saves.

    Somewhere Danny Murphy is furious.

You aren't supposed to enter or leave the field without an officials consent - it's a bookable offence.

There's "easier" ways to get a yellow though - kick the ball away, pull a shirt, delay a restart etc

I once got a yellow for straining my hamstring and limping over the touchline on the opposite side of the field to the bench.

I'm shocked Enck and Sorenson made the list.  I don't recall them being good (Sorenson obviously not bad), but maybe more to do with how the team around them was performing at the time.

Sorenson more of shock for how many games he played maintaining that level.

Emi did have a season with us fighting relegation so I'm sure his average has been getting continously better, and hopefully will continue to.

Yeah, it's not a perfect stat. Obviously relies on the ability of the teammates in front of you and how you set up. Still surprising, although I would image we had a lot more 0-0 and 1-0 results back then as opposed to now.

Set to make his 150th appearance on the weekend (by my dodgy spreadsheet). Has 48 clean sheets, so about 1 every 3 games.

Anyone want to guess what other Villa keepers (Since football began in 1992) have a lower Goals Conceded per game than Emi? 5 keepers, minimum 25 appearances (I've excluded keepers that played during the Championship era).

    Well for the record:

Emi - 150 appearances, 1.23 Conceded Per Game
    Schmeichel - 36 apps, 1.22
    Sorensen - 158 apps, 1.22
    Enckelman - 67 apps, 1.09
    James - 84 apps, 0.99
    Bosnich - 227 apps, 0.94

Spink would be in there too, but I don't have his pre-1992 stats. Since then he was 71 apps, 1.06.

I didn't listen tonight, but did listen in the car on the way to the game on Thursday, and it was just a parade of the thickest noses I've ever heard (which is saying something, obviously). The one guy was incredible, whatever Richard Wilford asked him - formations, tactics, subsititutions, transfers, whatever - he just responded with the same repeated platitudes about rolling their sleeves up and standing up and being counted, not hiding in the dressing room or whatever. The man literally spoke in nothing but cliches. Where do they dig them up?

    Did Brucey call in?
