Is it weird that they didn't play Josh or Tommi for most of the year, then throw them both in to start the most crunch game of their season?

Great news that they survived. Maybe they'll get some more of our players next season and we'll find better fits for their team.

Apologies @MrBlack. I **** that one right up. Tommi was an unused substitute. Josh got a decent little run towards the end of the season which is good.

Dante is the son of the late Cecil Exum, who played for my beloved University of North Carolina. He was on the 1982 National Championship team, on which a guy named Michael Jordan made his name. Was always disappointed & surprised when he rebuffed playing college ball & went straight into the draft. His career hasn’t quite panned out the way many expected it would. I barely remember Green at Arizona, even though I watch a huge amount of college hoops

Like you I will be for Dallas simply because my loathing of the Celtics runs much deeper & was established a long time ago 🤣

I am obligated to hate Kyrie because of where he went to college. His being a world-class freak (and not the good kind) makes it so much easier 😜

It's a small world. I was lucky enough to Cecil play when I was very young, as he played for my local Australian team, the Geelong Supercats, in the early 90s. The team unfortunately is no longer in the national competition, but hopefully that will change very soon.

Not looking good for you. Shaping up for a Celtics/Mavs final, which for me is one of those where I want both to lose. Not a fan of either city’s sports teams in general and hate to see either win a championship 😜

No, not at all. Don’t particularly like Dallas with Cuban, Kyrie & Doncic. The latter a phenomenal player but a chronic sook on the court.

I will be hoping the Mavs win though due to their two Aussies, Josh Green and Dante Exum.

This game is fine but in other scenarios like for example an FA Cup final if its City vs Everton

If Everton sold a player to City and got 5 million if won an FA Cup but get maybe 2 million for winning it alone. FFP might kick in and Everton board might tell the manager to rest players

You make a good point but you have to factor in all the other financial benefits Everton would earn from winning the cup (merchandise, exposure etc.)

I saw on twitter  that this is from Optus Sport Australia and they do different "under the skin" segments on different clubs so isn't anything to do with our documentary.

No idea myself - just passing on what I read

    This is right.

They’ve done them for the “top 10 clubs” thus far from what I’ve seen.

Congrats! Huge comeback, perfect combo of your guys playing great & Nuggets totally 💩💩💩 the bed

At this point I’m fine as long as the Celtics don’t hang another banner

That's been my wish all playoffs. I don't think Dallas can stop them so go T-Wolves!

When did Palace last finish top half in the top division? Early 80s? Like us they've had their best league season for decades.

Very funny season considering how toxic it was getting under Hodgson and relegation looked a serious possibility in March.

    They finished 10th in 2014-15.

Did we ever find out what his actual injury was by the way?

From memory he's been having major knee issues.

Defo had a gagging order on the media. Not mentioned the Man City charges on any channels lately, never mind tonight after they are about to secure a 4th title.

I don't know about that. The media companies pay a shitload of cash to broadcast the Premier League. It's in their best interests not to tarnish it with talk of cheating. They want you to believe it's the best league in the world. They are quite happy to stick their head in the sand until they have to talk about it (punishment being handed out).

Just seen Marschall is in goal for MK Dons, didn't play in the last leg. Nine appearances ten goals conceded including today so far, doesn't seem too bad, considering he only joined in Janaury, and missed around ten games through injury

The reviews I read on Twitter prior to him being replaced by Kelly were not nice.

Away at Ponferradina (2-1) - Substituted in the 86th minute [2-1].

Will face Crawley in the Playoff Semi-Finals.

Filip Marschall (MK Dons) 4th/24th [League Two]
    Home to Crawley [Playoff SF 2nd leg] (1-5) - Played 90 minutes. 36 touches, 68% pass accuracy, 1 save. WhoScored.com rating of 4.87 / Sofascore.com rating of 5.5.

    Eliminated.

Kosta Nedeljkovic (FK Crvena zvezda) 1st/16th [Serbian Super Liga]
Home to FK Radnicki 1923 (3-2) - Not in the squad (hip).

I hear the criticism about Spitty Carra and Red Nev but surely to god they're still much better options than most of the others.

I put the Real Madrid game on earlier and Steve McManaman was on, Clinton Morrison on Blues game on the weekend, Michael Owen, Owen Hargreaves, Don Goodman, Andy Hinchcliffe. I'm quite happy with JC and GN still at the minute until someone better comes through the ranks.

I forget the name of the fella who works in Germany (I think) and runs a podcast (I think) - James someone? (I think?) - He's always been good value for proper punditry.

James Horncastle? Expert in Italian & European football.
