After holding back and thinking it through, I have finally reached the conclusions of what qualities I would like to see in any prospective Villa managers to replace Steven Gerrard.

After much deliberation, I have drawn up a list of those qualities below.

We need to learn a lesson from West Brom and Bruce.

Apparently, they were considering sacking Bruce after the Small Heath defeat, but decided to stick with him to give him a chance to turn it around.

They are now in the relegation spots.

I really hope we are not making the same stupid mistake.

It was like watching a women's team playing braless.

No player on the pitch had any support.

If we had a manager that was worth his chips, we wouldn't have eleven players playing as eleven individuals instead of a team.

I like McGinn, but he isn't having the best of seasons.

We should all know what he is capable of, and he should be playing better. 

I think the captaincy thing has backfired big time for him. Time to give it back to Ty.
