Hear , hear .Just needed a little time to get used to the pace. Think he will continue to get better too.
Sell Delph and Vlaar... dont sign Crapperley.. use the money to sign Lasse Vigen Christensen and an AM.
Play Westwood Sanchez and the new AM and give Lasse time to get used to Premier League. In an ideal world.......
Shame Villa will do nothing. We will keep Delph and Vlaar and lose them for free and sign Cleverley for 8 million.

Charlie, having the record for most appearances as a Villa player , I was kind of comparing that to the amount of posts you have made , but never mind , I think I'll just get my coat .Woodytom ,,are you the Charlie Aitkin of Villa talk ?
Not sure what you mean?

Every silver lining has a cloud .Did anyone see that bit in the first half when the ball was up in the air and about 3-4 players were going for it and he just does this nonchalant little flick to Cleverley ? Had zero impact on the game overall but was a real touch of class

Boy , could Jimmy throw a ball , probably due to his cricketing prowess , which tbh , he was better at . Then we had dear old Budgie , who even got married in football boots , apparently the players would throw oranges at him in the changing room , and he would be diving all over the place to save them . What a legend .Jake, yes he was in the 1972 FA Youth cup winning side. What about Jimmy Coombs? lol

Lets not forget Jake Findlay .

Can he " sing " though ?
And he already has an atrocious hairdo, just like Chris WaddleReminds me so much of Chris Waddle , if he turns out to be half as good I'll be happy .

Gotta respect that post , big time .I strongly believe that you make your own luck. That's why it's difficult for me to put defeats down to being unlucky. This time we were unlucky though. We were clearly better than them and should've won.
The ref thought that the push against Gabby didn't affect his shot, which I disagree with, like we all. Wrong decision which cost us a point.
It was difficult to choose MotM. I went with Clark, who was good. No-one was even very good. Okore was exceptionally poor, Hutton was poor too. They've been so good that I let it pass though. Also, the conditions and our formation in the first half were partly responsible for their bad performance.
If you make your own luck then why has no one come up with the recipe?

You've lost me there, probably because you don't seem to be having a go at fans.
Take your first left , keep going till you come to a mini roundabout , take the third turn , then a right , a right again and then your fifth left " Fickle Grove " is right on the corner , be careful though it's a cul de sac , don't want you getting lost again .

Defensively he is just awful so it makes sense as to why Lambert never starts him. He never tracked back or helped out Clark. He poses a threat going forward, but needs to learn to defend.
Why does he need to learn to defend? He's an attacking player. The reason we score so little is because we seem to pick attacking players on what they offer defensively. Its ridiculous. Does vlaar need to learn how to score? No, he's a defender we want him in there to defend. Grealish looks like he can win free kicks and help create chances, he shouldn't be picked on his ability to defend.[/quote
Does Vlaar need to learn ? You mean to tell me him going up for corners is an exercise in futility ? Dear me , yet another example ofLamberts' poor judgement .

It's a good thing I'm made of the finest timber .Xmas was never the same for me , after I realised the santa deception . I sill think that sub- consciously I held a grudge , for years , towards my parents .
Baa humbug.

Isa , once again you are spot on . The worst person to fool is yourself .

That cap fits perfectly .If the likes of Clarke and Hutton , or even Delph for that matter , can defy the " fickle " , then so can Gardner .
I do love when fans bring out the fickle argument. Football is a results game, the moment a fan bemoans a loss or nine, he is fickle.
Brilliant.

When he goes , and sadly he will , I'm expecting him to cost no less than fifty million . Lets have it right , he aint even in fifth gear yet . Trust me , this man is one hell of a talent .

It's got to the point now , where I find it difficult to contain my indifference .

Judging him on his touch , you would think his feet were 6"2".
