Can see Chelsea clicking today. I’d love to say I’d be happy with a point, but I’m always disappointed when we don’t win.

I’ve mentioned this before, but my wife is a Liverpool fan. Losing to the team your Mrs supports can be worse than losing to our mates down the road.

That pass back out to Kamara was ridiculous, he can’t be our back up when he looks like he’s moving around on prosthetics.

I’m not jumping on the bandwagon, but he is shit. I’d have been more comfortable with Chambers in goal.

Consistency is key… you have to be “on it” in every game…

I said the same myself after the game. Last season we finally built some consistency after years of on off performances. I’m certain Emery will have looked at the Newcastle game and learned from it.

Lots of us are underestimating them. I doubt Unai is though, and I’m sure the team will give them the respect they deserve as a result.

I agree that we aren’t going to catch teams by buying players that they consider not good enough for themselves. There’s the odd gem that’ll work out, but I’d rather the club be looking outside the prem, really.
