I've not really watched Senderos play, where would he rank in defenders?

I'd put Vlaar >= Okore (depending on how Okore performs when fit) > Clark > Baker

Costa Rica, Uruguay, Mexico, Algeria, Argentina 1st game and technically even Chile all playing 5 at the back.

When I saw Ochoa preform and found out he was a free agent I thought it was a bargain but honestly I don't think we need him if we've got Guzan.

How do you know how positive and nice Lambert is during team talks?

Every time we lose he always goes on some sort of 'I can't fault the players, we gave it our best and we have to go again' type interview. Seems like he's trying to be too nice instead of criticizing players when they mess up.

Really feel like singing this when we visit anfield now suarez is banned. 

The way the team plays I could see September/October picking up the most points. Then getting destroyed by the smaller teams after. Similar to what happened after we beat Chelsea.

FFP is a joke. The teams that don't follow the rules can just pay off the fines with the money they clearly have.

It probably is just a rumour, and I'm not saying that I believe it, but, why is a random journalist in the finance section of the Telegraph gossiping about Villa? Why is it not in the sport section?

 

It doesn't make sense, I mean, the rest of the article talks about Lord Mandelson and Tesco, Football gossip is a bit of an odd step to take in that article. Although it is more speculating about Arison's financial movements, but still, it's a strange place for the rumour to pop up.

 

The last two rumors we heard ended up happening relatively quickly. 

Lambert seems to like to play a back 5 with two wing backs against the top teams.

So Senderos - Vlaar - Okore seems to be what we'll be looking at. 

I like how he keeps saying he is looking forward to defending the colours. Maybe we have been taken over and we've just signed him as some sort of extravagant kit man.
