  1. Only 20, I was seven days old when we won the cup in 1994 and I can't remember 1996 either. I couldn't even get a ticket to the most recent final at wembley.

I know it's a bit of a weird one and I could probably think of better if I tried, but this season the first time Robinson got subbed on against Southampton at Villa park.

A lot of Villa fans stood up and applauded him, he hadn't played a minute of premier league football but we all knew his name and we all knew what potential he had. That moment stands out to me for some reason.

  2. All Clark is when it comes to the defense is the lesser of two evils with Baker.

If Lambert plays a back 4 instead of 5 most of this season I think it's safe to say neither will be in the squad.

  3. Id like to see him in a 5-3-2 (the 5 being 3 cb's and two wing backs) no idea who the LWB would be but think bacuna is the man for RWB ..... Ok defensively, good going forward, good delivery and good set piece

    Potentially

    Guzan

    Okore Vlarr Clark Lescott

    Bacuna Luna/tea lady Berrtand

Fixed for you, as long as the signings work out.

  4. Say what you will about him, but I think he's had a pretty good first season.

I think he would be good as maybe a right winger in midfield.

Just want some more of these beauties.

  5. We've seen this team preform well this season.

The problem is the team is inconsistent.

Somehow we pulled off miracles against the top 4 and those kept us up. I think it's more a matter of the minds of the players than the ability.

They probably have a different attitude against the top 4 than the rest of the teams and they need to keep that attitude up all the time.

  6.

For me, I'm completely in agreement with Kwan. Lambert needs to pull something out of the hat here. I won't judge anything until the game is over - maybe it's a tactical masterstroke - but that team looks well set up to grind out a 0-0 draw in a boring and frustrating meat grinder. I'd be disappointed with that formation and teamsheet at the Etihad, but to be selecting it at Selhurst Park, against the team with the lowest number of goals scored at home, is mortifying. Where is a goal going to come from?

I'd struggle to see where a goal is coming from regardless of what formation we play. :P

    From Grant Holt of course!
