I think this has very little to do with what we do in training.

Our pressing intensity is lower than it could be cause we clearly don't have the fitness levels we want yet. That takes time. And since there are a lot of sides that are better than us we will be losing possession a lot, and we all know you get more tired without the ball than with the ball. I think they basically are careful about chasing so we don't collapse completely.

Thirdly heading ability isn't really coached at this level methinks. You might coach set piece tactics, but the ability to head the ball is something they should have. Unfortunately a lot of our players are small and/or from nations that keeps the ball on the ground so this isn't a strong trait they got. I think the only player I am annoyed with in that department is Wes. He should be good at it. But I guess in reality only Mings and Engels are good at this. Grealish is surprisingly weak at it for being English.

I think heading ability is coached, you only have to look at the amount of headed goals mane scores theese days Ronaldo added it to his game and so did Bale , yes I kown Bale , Ronaldo are bigger players but I dont remember them being natural headers of the ball

Man Ure played 5-3-2 not allowing Liverpool any spaces.

They completely nullified their fullbacks, Liverpool's main attacking threat. Pretty much a blueprint in how to stop Liverpool.

Don't think we will line up like that.

Indeed liverpool had to resort to hoofing, fel utd performance was a bit like ours at spurs and arsenal there is only so much time you can suck pressure for

    I'm finding it the opposite.

I wouldn't say I either great or awful at fifa. But this is too easy. I started up seasons, played 2 games. 12 and 13-0 wins. It's a joke how easy this years fifa is.

Pressure the opposition constantly, play high up the pitch, wingers in behind and it's just very easy to dominate.

As for tackling, it's exactly the same as last year, they've made no changes there. The way you're talking about it makes me unsure as to whether you've played a fifa since 94

Try your hand at ultimate team weekend league totally diffrent ball game all the comments above will make sense then

Agreed, I hated it at first but I'm now slowly getting used to the changes.

I've found that if you play a CDM, change his role to stay back when attacking. He'll then be sat in front of the back four at all times, also don't take him past the halfway line and instead release the ball to a central midfielder.

Jockeying against wingers stops them beating you or crossing the ball a lot of the time, and stops you committing yourself and getting beaten.

Yes and you need to look at the cdms work rate aswel I got Rodri sitting in front of my back 4 he has high Defensive work rate and medium attacking so he sits even deeper and breaks things up

  6. I’ts a case of dragging your cdm back and holding L2 and timing the tackle or even bump in to the opposing player  ,one wrong move with the last line of defence and boom they are in enjoyable so far though better than 19 and I have somehow managed to get in to division 2

Surprised he didn’t come on. Don’t think he is brilliant but he has a goal threat about him through set pieces.

Hes a goal threat from anywhere really he can be invisible a pop up with a goal

  8. He started like well closing down and working hard he missed 2 chances then shyed  away from even getting into goalscoring positions stoped closing down yes he was against 2 really good cb’s but I did not like the fact that he stopped busting his gut to get to the ball , another criticism he should not be looking for the foul ever he needs to wrestle pass defenders regardless  of arms round his neck and shirt, don't care if he misses chances as long as he keeps getting into positions and constantly being a horrible nasty thorn in defenders backside needs to implent a bit of diego costa into his game,  he has it in his locker loved his performance against everton , think his probelms are more mentaly really.

    Embarrassing dive at the end.

Would rather Kodjia's unpredictability than Wesley's predictable nothing at the moment.

He chicken out of missing another sitter there I think
