    Boo boys out in force again, yes it wasn't the greatest performance, the game had an end of season feel to it, today could have been a banana skin and it wasn't. Doesn't matter how you do it as long as you win.

    By the latter of the law, James caught Petrov's leg bringing him down, should have been a yellow card and a penalty - neither were given. If you're a goalkeeper you have to come out and collect the ball, James didn't and took the man out even if Petrov was looking for it. Young was tripped clearly in the box, I don't care if people say it was dramatic it was enough contact to warrant a penalty.

    Probert was in charge the clowns in Sky on commentary are a bit thick.

    Some disappointing performances but a vital win in the grand scheme of things. Probert was just plain awful, foul on Gabby results in Portsmouth scoring from an offside position, misses 3 stone wall penalties out of four, unfortunately Carew made it easy for James to save. This game had the potential to be a real banana skins but thanks to the Fonz it wasn't, and we are still in with a great chance of a top 6 finish again.

    There was contact on Petrov - another penalty not given. Probert needs firing.

    He's tried to run past him and he's cleary been tripped, I didn't see any theatrics, I don't think Probert was even looking at it.

    Well Spurs did just play two London derbies in a row and are probably going to care more about those matches then playing a relegated Portsmouth team.

    Why can't we get a fair referee for a change? Probert is a disgrace. Still we've opened up Pompey's defence enough to score some and we haven't. I hope MON gives them a good talking.

    We are doing everything but score, defence seem to have woken up a bit more. Shocking decision for Pompey's goal as Gabby was clearly fouled, Probert misses one clear stone wall penalty and awards another which Carew smashes and James saves.
