They could move every day of the summer window if they want. Just can't play (or maybe be registered) for more than 2 clubs in a season.

Imo his passing has always been a confidence issue as I think he easily had the technical ability to do it.

At his best this season I really thought he'd turned a corner in making the forward pass or carrying the ball into midfield more regularly. Sadly this has regressed recently, but I expect to see him at his best again next year. 

Amazed how many people took a link to one of the best centre backs in the world so seriously. Sure, we'd have a slim chance in a 1 horse race, but any bid accepted for reasonable money would have seen the likes of Liverpool/Bayern/PSG join the race.

Release clauses are mandatory for every player in Spanish football. That doesn't stop clubs selling them for less.

I still live in hope that if they redevelop the whole stadium they 'reskin' the Trinity with red brick. I do like the idea of mixing the original design with some super modern stands too.

No, but them and Palace do pick up quite a few neutral fans that move to London for work. Never understood it myself, but I know a fair few people with season tickets for one or the other that support a different premier league team.

I might be completely wrong, but ours seems more of a soft partnership. Sharing of data, coaching techniques and the like. 

I doubt we'll ever be seeing a situation like Savio on loan at Girona with City apparently buying him in the summer.

Balmoral was sold for £34,000. My parents 2 bed terrace in Somerset was sold for 4 times that. Are we saying that house is worth 4 times more than Balmoral?

Surely that's not a thing? It would mean having to register every youth player at the start of the season just in case and if we missed the boat in the summer surely we'd be able to do it in January anyway.

You can probably structure it however you want. 

I seem to rember there being a thing a few years ago when Griezman went back to Atletico where he was always taken off (or maybe it was brought on) on after 60 minutes. Any more and they would count as appearances for the way Barca structured the sale and result in quite a lot of clauses having to be paid.

Not quite.

If he has had one year of £3m being written off against a purchase price of £15m he still has a book value of £12m, which needs to be offset against the sale price. So it only gives a 'profit' of what has already been written off, in this case £3m.

I imagine any investment funding a stadium would come much later in the process. Particularly as we have a chance to really build our brand value in the next few years.

Why would it necessarily be different? They could just as easily have implemented individual negotiations on the current TV deals.
