Labour are going to demand that the government instruct Ofgem to freeze the cap on bills at its current level of £1971. It is similar to what is happening in other countries and shifts the burden onto those making the huge profits. Going to be interesting to see how Truss and Sunak respond.
This may be a waste of a post as I'm not 100% sure but are ofgem suppose to be independent as in not being able to be told what to do by government

I have everything i need to show I've tried all reasonable requests, at one point she told me she wouldn't send the children to school so I couldn't pick them up
I've spent the last 2 days contacting solicitors, and I've decided to set up a gofundme page to hopefully raise enough for an initial consultation
The exact same thing happened to me reguarding the school.
It was not looked on favourably by the magistrate.
It's so hard but you will get there

You can do it yourself where you just have to pay the court fees.
Document everything everytime you have been turned away everytime been refused / had plans cancelled put it in a diary so all easily seen and dated.
Try to keep communication through email or text not verbal again so can be documented.
Big and obvious one but probably the hardest to do, keep your cool dont lose your temper. When you do go to court there is a safeguarding check every communication from the police is put on there, so if you go and start shouting and she rings police it doesnt look good when you get there.
From my experience I had a solicitor for the 1st hearing but quite honestly could have done without.
It was a room with magistrate myself solicitor and her and here solicitor and it was more a kind of negotiation. What do you want what does she want and then see of can agree to a plan. We couldnt and went to a second hearing that was more formal in a court room 3 magistrates again went through same process but this time they went out the room and then came back with what they thought should happen.
There is another level to fight it after that but then you are talking barristers etc and it rarely changes the situation.
Be clear in what you want regarding physical contact time other contact (phone calls etc) xmas easter birthdays holidays try to think of all those life events and how you want to be a part or share the time to take with you.
You can also write these in a formal email to her saying what you would like and keep a record of it anyrespomses etc again to prove you have tried everything.
Trust me can be invaluable when your sat in front of a magistrate and a completely different person to the ex you know turns up talking as if they would never do such a thing.

Jimmy/Saul was Lalo’s lawyer in his murder charge and went to collect $7m bail money from the twins at the border. He got ambushed by mercenaries sent by Bolsonaro (I think) on the way back but Mike saved him, then asked him to lie to Lalo about what really happened (I can’t remember why exactly). Lalo was driving to Mexico with Nacho when he found Saul’s car pushed off a cliff, riddled with bullet holes, so turned back and went to Saul’s apartment to find out the truth, but Kim managed to talk him round.
After that, Saul knew that Lalo was going to be ‘taken care of’ but didn’t have anything to do with making it happen.
Yes, I’ve recently re-watched season 5
I’m not too sure why Lalo came back to Saul’s in this episode. Maybe because he was introduced to him by Nacho?
Thanks for that
Seems I havnt really forgotten anything then just assumed I had
the missing pieces will be filled in future episodes hopefully.
And just got to say wow what an episodes today's was

I believe he realised phone was tapped from the crackling noise the phone made while he was on hold.
One thing the I cant remember from previous season and it's a big one is what did Jimmy do to lalo.
I remember he helped get him off bail but was he a part of the plot to kill him

Is it "Behind the Curve" by any chance?
Very famous amongst the flat earth debunking community, mainly because as you say they do their own experiments to prove flat earth, and end up proving the globe instead
If you're interested there's a YouTube channel called "SciManDan" and most of his videos are debunking flat earth. Just search SciManDan Flat Earth Fridays and there are loads and loads of videos of him debunking this shite.
He's kind of a dick, and not that great at presenting YouTube videos. But I can't stop watching
Yeah that's the one! I couldnt remember the name.
Thanks I'll have a look at that, always enjoy watching theories can debunked and then the goalposts being moved
(Reminds me of a few threads on here)

In all seriousness, Flat Earth is absolutely fascinating.
Absolute bat shit mental bullshit, of course. But still fascinating. I could watch YouTube videos of flat earthers being debunked for hours and hours
I've been watching one on netflix that's what prompted the post.
Like you say fascinating. I've not watched it all yet but they have been doing experiments to test there theory and up to now 2 of them have failed so they they are trying again

Yes definitely, wasnt they recently saying they are looking at punishing companies that offer lower deals or something along those lines.
A quick google suggests Labour have been questioning ofgem and saying not fit for purpose since at least 2012.
